I get take out from Wendy's several times a week. Breakfast and supper.....Food is always great!! Staff is always very personable. Great leadership and teamwork. By far my favorite fast food place in Lancaster mainly because of the friendly staff
One of the few if not only fast food places in town worth visiting.
Great drive they experience with Avie and Jaylen, under Manager Krissy this evening. I totally messed up my order (my fault!). They were soooo patient and remedied it quickly while maintaining a big smile and wonderful attitude.

Wendy's offers a variety of options, from disappointing bacon cheeseburgers to delicious late-night substitutes. The staff can be amazing, super friendly, and quick, creating a good atmosphere, though sometimes service is rushed and inattentive. While orders like a breakfast burrito or a Dave's Single are sometimes messed up and served cold, the food is also often super fresh and correct. A customer was pleased when the drive-thru staff offered to adjust their order when an ingredient was unavailable. Prices are reasonable, although $20 was considered too much for an unsatisfactory meal.
