The night shift is horrible there’s something wrong every single night. This location might as well close @9pm because after that their on straight bs for the remainder of the night.
Expectation vs reality. :/
I want to thank Jessica H, the cashier that assisted me today. I was on my lunch hour, hungry and somewhat bothered. I drove for a few minutes not sure where I wanted food. I'm glad I stopped at Taco Bell. Jessica's kindness and courtesy meant so much. I enjoyed my food. But just showing a little kindness goes such a long way. 😊 Great job Jessica

The restaurant is now mostly kiosk-based, which may be challenging for those not used to ordering this way, but cash payments at the counter are still available. Restrooms require an associate to open the door, which can cause inconvenience or accidents for small children. Despite these minor issues, the Lancaster SC location has seen a big improvement, with fast service, friendly staff, and very clean restaurant and restrooms. Overall, Taco Bell provides a satisfactory dining experience with fresh and tasty food.
