The food is always good, but the french fries were absolutely SPECTACULAR!!

I wanted to love the cinnamon raisin biscuits. Opened the container and you could hear the audible dejected ohhh. They were small, cold, and the icing looked like just a drop had dripped off a bottle.
I mean we're in the South. Carbs, biscuits, warm, icing... how could you miss?

Ordered a “limited time” grilled cheese breakfast sandwich….ordered the one with sausage…pic shows the sausage just as big as the bread it’s on….opened it up to find a burnt piece of sausage about as big as a silver dollar. $6.79 for that.

Terrible service, terrible food spent 40 bucks and they messed up my order they need some adults working at night then even I took my food in bc it was wrong a red head girl was just laughing

I will not be back to this Hardee’s ever again. The woman taking orders, Shelby was NOT pleasant. She was rude to my mom & I. When she came up to the register she looked like she did not want to be there. (They were not busy either) we didn’t get a “hey, how are you?” Or anything. Just “can I take ya order?” I gave her my order & asked if they had French toast sticks. She said “DO WHAT?” So I asked again & I asked it loudly. I asked my mom if she still wanted to eat there & she agreed because we had somewhere to be at 10 & we were already there, but my mom told her we definitely will not be back. Once I paid, we went to the table & at that point I was ready to ask for a refund, because her attitude was horrible! I guess she noticed mine & my mom’s reaction to her attitude, because the people after us were ordering & she was pleasant with them, but not the people after them. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT HARDEES AGAIN! I get everyone has bad days, but my goodness! The food wasn’t even that good & I love Hardee’s breakfast! My mom’s biscuit was hard. We didn’t eat it all. Never again.

Ursula was great! She was professional, quick and efficient. Her advice saved my breakfast today. I was so surprised to see grits on the menu! Moreover, they were good. The two egg and cheese biscuits were not hot. The cheese hadn't begun to melt prior to consumption. Even cool they were pretty good. The brief interaction with a smiling face in a small town made it worth it. The restroom was clean as well the dinning room and parking lot. It wasn't a regrettable stop. Keep up the great job Ursula!!!!

Went into Hardee’s in Newberry the employees 2 kids were in there running around while their mother was working behind the counter. The time before that the chicken tenders were barely warm . I won’t be going back

horrible experience, people that work there do not care about anything but talking on there cellphones, wrong food, and dont even ask for changes in the menu, like no mayo or nothing on a hot dog...dont expect the food to actually be cooked right, hotdog was ice cold in the middle and the beef was overcooked...oh and the fryer was down sso no chicken or fries, pull up to the window and they are joking about how someone forgot to fill the fryer
It's one of the few places besides five guys that serves a real burger made of real meat.

Hardee’s in Smithville is very disappointing. I order a ham and egg biscuit several times a week and have always been pleased. Yesterday and today was not a good experience. Ordered my normal yesterday and found some weird burrito when I got to work. I tried to call and just let them know so hopefully they would make it right next time and nonody would answer. I thought it’s breakfast time and they are busy, no biggie. I took a picture of it in case they ask when I go through. Went through today and placed my order. I told the lady and she said let me ask my manager. Her manager said discount it. Well when I order through the app the biscuit is under $5, but when I ordered at the drive through it was $5.55 which I thought was weird. Well the manager said discount $0.55. I told the lady that I didn’t even get my biscuit yesterday and they are only discounting $0.55 cents. She said it is her manager. It’s not about the money, but if a place does not take care of customers then they won’t be back. Where has respect and accountability gone in our society? Well, I know that my $5 a day won’t make an impact moving forward now that I won’t be back, but hopefully more people will choose to do business where they are at least somewhat valued and appreciated. We the customers deserve better for our hard earned money.
