Went into Hardee’s in Newberry the employees 2 kids were in there running around while their mother was working behind the counter. The time before that the chicken tenders were barely warm . I won’t be going back

horrible experience, people that work there do not care about anything but talking on there cellphones, wrong food, and dont even ask for changes in the menu, like no mayo or nothing on a hot dog...dont expect the food to actually be cooked right, hotdog was ice cold in the middle and the beef was overcooked...oh and the fryer was down sso no chicken or fries, pull up to the window and they are joking about how someone forgot to fill the fryer

Hardee’s in Smithville is very disappointing. I order a ham and egg biscuit several times a week and have always been pleased. Yesterday and today was not a good experience. Ordered my normal yesterday and found some weird burrito when I got to work. I tried to call and just let them know so hopefully they would make it right next time and nonody would answer. I thought it’s breakfast time and they are busy, no biggie. I took a picture of it in case they ask when I go through. Went through today and placed my order. I told the lady and she said let me ask my manager. Her manager said discount it. Well when I order through the app the biscuit is under $5, but when I ordered at the drive through it was $5.55 which I thought was weird. Well the manager said discount $0.55. I told the lady that I didn’t even get my biscuit yesterday and they are only discounting $0.55 cents. She said it is her manager. It’s not about the money, but if a place does not take care of customers then they won’t be back. Where has respect and accountability gone in our society? Well, I know that my $5 a day won’t make an impact moving forward now that I won’t be back, but hopefully more people will choose to do business where they are at least somewhat valued and appreciated. We the customers deserve better for our hard earned money.

The Hardees on South George Washington Hwy, in Chesapeake Va is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in my entire life. They are slow, no sense of urgency. Make people wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes just to order food. It is totally unacceptable and I will not be spending another dollar there ever again. I had bee a previous patron for 40 years of my life at this restaurant, but never again.

To think I actually passed up chic fil a mc Donald’s tacos bell hell all the fast foods breakfast up for Hardee’s was a terrible idea I ordered the loaded breakfast burrito and there was nothing loaded about it egg and tortillas was soaked in oil with barely any meats in the burrito and a bunch of nasty shredded cheese not to mention not a some in there can roll a burrito all my hashbrowns was stuck together as if they never shakes the baskets while cooked they were soggy and my drink was 90% full of ice on top of it all I waited 15 mins with 2 cars ahead of me for my fast food to be nasty skimped barely warm zero stars

I was happy that we finally got a fast food restaurant fairly close since I live in the country. I was pleased with my first few visits to Hardee's in Latta, South Carolina, but sadly my last visit was horrible as far as the food. I couldn't even eat the french fries, because they were cold and really just sticks of hard tasteless grease. I bought a burger and wanted the tomatoes and ketchup left off as I was driving and it always makes a mess. Guess what? I received tomatoes and ketchup on my burger. This was after I was asked to pull up and wait for my food. I will say that the staff has always been very friendly, but they must just not know how to present or serve food. I don't even think I would have given the french fries to a bird.
