“So to be honest the food was great at this particular subway however I must say that to have one person working on Spring break weekend is unacceptable a manager owner or somebody should have been there to assist a coworker where the line was backed up andto the door it's just too much for one person. “What a great find. Their donuts are wonderful! They have a great variety and can't wait to go back and try their breakfast sandwiches and their lunch soup and sandwich. All the ladies are so nice and helpful (all the patrons were super friendly, and excited to tell you about all the wonderful foods) Our family fell in love with the donuts as soon as they tried them. “The food was amazing! Everything was fresh and tasteful. Very large portions for the price. I was driving through on my way back home to Boston and I’ve had a lot of high end Vietnamese food, this is by far one of the best I’ve ever had. My boyfriend who is a simple picky eater loved the stir fry. Clean restaurant no strong smell in dining area over all I was extremely happy with my experience. The owner had a minute to chat as we came at a not busy time and she was so sweet you can tell she cares about her customers, thank you Tina!”

“Found this on Yelp as I was searching this morning for a spot to stop for lunch on our way home. It is a quick two miles off of I-95. It was fast, good, and easy (not to mention inexpensive). Stay focused... I am talking about lunch. When you arrive, the parking lot might be full (it was when we arrived), almost always a good sign. You can grab a spot on the street or behind the now mostly defunct main street. When you walk in, you glove up and start serving yourself from the buffet. Someone will take your drink order (ours was taken as we were going through the line), then find a seat. I didn't know what fatback was, but I had already Googled it before we arrived, so I easily identified it. After one bite, I decided my dentist might become richer if I continued to try to chew it. The fried chicken was good but a bit salty. The fried pork chop was good as well, but I would have mistaken it for fried fish if I hadn't read the menu. Smoked sauage, yum. The biscuits looked good, but I took (and ate) the cornbread but would not have known what it was if I didn't have the cheat sheet. The salad bar was primarily lettuce. They had a few salad toppings, but the tongs were short and difficult to use. I suspect most people do not come here for salad. Oh, did I mention dessert? Huge cinnamon rolls and something chocolate with pudding and cookies. It fit the bill for what we were looking for.. a quick, inexpensive sit-down lunch.”

“This post is both a COMPLIMENT and CRITICISM. The food and customer service offered was delicious and great. Even the price was amazingly cheap. However, For a restaurant that calls themselves a STEAK & BBQ joint that also has a buffet in South Carolina. I was disappointed by my own expectations. I expected there to be house made BBQ sauce at every table, BBQ pulled pork, BBQ grilled chicken, BBQ burnt ends and such along with most of the more basic Southern Food fare.Alas, they did not. They had 4 different types of chicken. Pulled, fried, baked, and fingerd (LOL). A single bottle of house made BBQ sauce on the buffet, maybe a quarter of the more basic southern fare most people would expect, for instance no cornbread or cornbread stuffing but did have coloerd greens and yams.All in all, a good experience. Just wish they offered a better variety of proteins that showcased their Southern style food.”

Took a little while but may have been prepare upon order. Tea was very good too, even brought a to go cup with the bill without asking! Older decor and dark inside. “I had given up on BK and hadn't been in a long time due to disappointment at so many locations. I stopped at this location and was very surprised. The service was good. The Double Whopper was hot and juicy, not lukewarm and dry. The fries could have used a bit more salt but were nice and hot. I will definitely visit this location again in the future.”

“We got takeout here because Lakeview China King was closed. Food was fresh and cooked wonderfully. I wish the hot wings were hotter but other than that.. really great. We got kung PO shrimp, shrimp chow mein, fried wonton, egg rolls, hot and sour soup, moo goo gai pan, shrimp fried rice. The total was only 50 for everything. The sauces, fortune cookies are in the bag. If you want chopsticks, napkins, or hot sauce you need to ask. We already had some at home. It was clean, the service was friendly, and the food came out in a timely manner. I will be returning. Thanks for a wonderful evening China King of Dillon! “Andy is still running his mom an dad's, Mr. & Mrs. Bill, store that's been around as long as anyone can remember and lemme tell ya, he knows how to work a flattop grill. No frills, great value, and glass bottle Mountain Dew. Came for the burger: A perfectly imperfect hand-formed patty, minced grilled onions, chili, cheese and mustard on a potato roll. What else do you need? If you're lucky enough to come here and meet William for some good conversation, let him talk you into a hard-fried bologna sandwich with cheese, mayo, mustard, and coleslaw... you won't regret it.”

My father and mother went by there to pick them up because me and my wife could not attend the service because we live in a different state so thanks to the subway crew in Dillon South Carolina. ?????”

“Found this little gem just 3 minutes off of 95. We wanted a quick lunch but not a fast food chain. This was perfect! Nothing fancy but they had fresh and tasty food, great prices, fast and friendly service. The burgers are fantastic, not premade frozen patties, and are huge. They also offer sandwiches, hot dogs, corn dogs, seafood, and several sides. There is a walk up window for take out orders and a small dining area inside with 6 tables. The diner is very clean. One small bathroom. We will definitely be stopping again the next time we are passing through the area.”

“First of all, this isn't a Japanese restaurant. I know they advertise themselves as a Japanese spot, but the food isn't Japanese. If authentic Japanese food is what you're looking for, I would probably go somewhere else. That's not to say that the food isn't good though. The food was surprisingly pleasant. I didn't know what to expect, but every bite was full of flavor. I was caught off guard when I received the bill and found out they charged $1 per cup of water... I'm sorry but that's pretty ridiculous. Put that s*** in fine print or at least tell the customer they're gonna be charged for water when you ask them if they want a drink. Other than that, pretty solid spot for Asian food.”

“We stopped here on a trip home from Savannah Georgia and we are SO HAPPY we did. We got a small cheese dip, a tamale, a cheese quesadilla and a carve asada torta. The quesadilla and tamale were for my two year old. He crushed them in minutes. The torta was shared between myself and my husband and it was incredible! The bread was soft and fresh tasting, the toppings were flavorful, there was an abundance of carne asada, and the fries were delicious! We will be stopping here every time we make this trip. SO GOOD! And our server was so sweet, we are so grateful!Vegetarian options: There is a small section for vegetarian options and everything looked pretty standard for vegetarian offerings at a Mexican restaurant. Did not see anything labeled vegan.”
