Extremely dirty restaurant. It was obviously dirty from the night before. All tables were dirty. Bathroom looks like hasn’t been clean in weeks. The team members did not care to even properly package all items, we got our order wrong. They were too busy talking about what happened last night.

Order brought out incomplete, frozen coke machine broken and all regular coke machines out of coke. Nobody at the restaurant seemed to care. Suggest you find a different McDonalds as this one is not up to their standards.

I order my food 2 large cups and she gave me two regular cups. I even ask my 2 large cups and she gave me one regular cups and I had to ask for the other cup. It printed on the receipt 2 large cups

This place is a crap hole. Dirty tables, dirty floors. Ordered food through kiosk because no one was around. Doesn’t print a receipt. 20 minutes no food. Carry out orders getting their food. Tried to be patient, I ask where the order is, guy tells me to ask someone else. Ask her. It’s coming right up. Just hit another 10 minutes. Still waiting watched at least two more orders walk out the door.

Lady was condescending at the window. Boobucket did not have a toy. We ordered MONOPOLY SPECIFIC things, and they gave us the wrong size fry and drink, and did not even use the monopoly specific cup for our order. Will not be back.

Whenever you order a hot plate pancake you would expect that you get syrup and butter but nope how dumb you got to be to forget that come on now. Y’all got to do better and you got to ask them for your drinks and then when you do ask them to give you your drink they get all mad at you because you ask to get your drink that they forget to give to you when they gave me my food. It on the receipt on the bag. If you can’t read the receipt then you don’t need to be handled food you need to clean the floors take the trash out. It not a one time thing it all the time thing and the customer in there waiting for 20 minutes on a biscuit. They need to get cooperation in there let them be undercover and see how bad it is.
