Dirty bathroom. Very Rude staff.. I went in to ask for my sauce, because they didn’t put any in the bag. The cashier was vaping and asked “do you need something”? I was nothing but nice, but they acted like I was bothering them by just being in there. Rolling their eyes, no manners at all. I didn’t even eat my McDouble because the paper it was wrapped in was dirty. Said they had no ice cream. I asked for honey she said we don’t have honey! Just eat somewhere else. I only write reviews if I have very good or very bad experiences.

Toilet got blowed up, like somebody couldn't sit down fast enough. Poo everywhere, this was 11AM on a Friday. Employee just saunters over to her register and looks at us, no hello, no nothing. No straws in the drink area, asked for straws, said they were in the bag. They were not in the bag. Had to ask for straws again. This job is not that hard. Dealing with people is difficult I know, but simple things go a long way. Would not go again.

My wife said the ladies bathroom is the dirtiest public bathroom she EVER went in. I asked the employees do you follow a maintenence chart? She said no, the maintenence person leaves at 11am. It was 6:30 pm. The manager on duty had on a Mc shirt with a big smoking burn dead center of her shirt. The floor behind the register was filthy. This restaurant is a mess. The nasty bathroom employees use and ignore this deep grim. We were hungry for McDonald's and we totally list our appetite
Rude dirty and messed up order. Reply to McDonald's, nah im good. .... The free burger you're gonna offer for a more detailed survey..... keep it. How about rather look into asking the management these questions. Have someone from higher up drop by. Focus your efforts there.
