Husband went to pick up a steak & cheese. When he return with my sub I was thoroughly disappointed. The bread had been toasted to the texture of a rock. Crunchy was not what i want nor did it make a very good sub.

It's pretty sad when you stop in at a food establishment and the customer service is beyond disgusting. Unfortunately I took my money somewhere else up the road that treated us very kindly so shout out to subway in Florence because the subway in Latta really needs to retrain their subway sandwich artist because they severely lack customer service skills. I could understand it if we had been ugly but we didn't even get a word in and they automatically started with attitude and sarcasm. I guess getting in her phone was more important than serving food which I'm pretty sure is what pays her paycheck but it's ok lessoned learned NEVER STOP IN LATTA AT CIRCLE K AND GRT A SUB FROM SUBWAY GO THE EXTRA FRE MILES T9 FLORENCE.

Love subway, but the attitude from the girl who served me, as friendly as I was trying to be, and then huffing and puffing when the guy behind me walked up, maybe she needs some time off or maybe she should find a job that don't deal with customer service. I WILL NOT be eating Subway again. Jimmy Johns is just as good and the staff is a whole lot friendlier.
Slow and ignore you ! I stood there 5 months while being ignored then was told give me a minute while she just made bread for 10 more min. Last time we stopped here otw to the beach no one would take our order at all
