The girl named Adriana doesn't like her job and makes a bitter face. If she doesn't like people ordering food, she doesn't want to work at the establishment.

I placed a Mobile order for breakfast baconator combo. When I picked up my order, they handed me a drink cup for me to go get the soda myself. I ordered a lemonade. They did not have lemonade on the fountain, and when I went up to the counter, the employees kept saying we don’t have lemonade on the fountain we don’t have lemonade on the fountain. The store does have lemonade in separate machines but made no effort to accommodate. The carelessness from the employees aggravated me. I am not drinking soda at 9 o’clock in the morning. I handed the cup to another customer for them to use and walked out. Ridiculous. ALSO. The breakfast potato’s were only half filled, I ordered a large. I’d hate to see what’s given to you if you order small….

On 10/06/2024 at 10:10 am I went to this Wendy's to order breakfast. I ordered at the drive thru they took my order but changed to bun because they no longer had biscuits. When I pulled up to the window to pay they finally come and tell me I couldn't get anything because they didn't have any breakfast anymore. So I asked could I get something off the lunch menu it was no because it wasn't 10:30 yet. So my family had to drive away without any food because they did not have anything for 20 minutes to serve

But the flies on the ceiling been there since 2013 and they fall on the buger if the cools not paying attention but it's never the person on the grill faught they can't hardly see the flies on the buger I use to work there I've seen a person grill the fly I told them and the threw it away and I also told the manager fast forward 10 years later they still got the same problem I end up having a fly on my buger it was melted on the cheese I go the buger plain and saw it I almost threw up I went back to Wendy's got refund but like I said it's not the boy on the grill faught cause Wendy's is busy and it's hard to see the fly falling on the bugers

Im truck driver just stop here to eat in a Wendy’s , to my surprise was my terrible experience , wrap broke in my sandwich and manager said is just the wrap… no ketchup at all also. So, if you planning stop here for Wendy’s good luck

I just wanted a honey butter biscuits that was priced at 1.19 and the guy said 3.71 I said your price on the drive-thru board is 1.19 that ludicrous he said nothing at first then I said I only wanted one. No response so I said thank you but no thank you.
Horrible NEVER EVER WILL I GO AGAIN. I actually went in first nobody spoke I spoke to a lady that was cleaning up she spoke after the fact.
I've been in Customer service for over 25years that's noway to be if you're not happy there leave it makes folks don't want to come there

Rude, rude, rude!
Put my mobile order in at 12:55 got our food at 3:35!! 40 minutes!! Other people already came and went . What’s the point of a mobile order if I could have ordered quicker at the store. And I had to come back in 2 times because they forgot our fries, frosty, and got 2 of our burgers wrong. I let the burgers go because it was already 30 minutes so I go back in JUST TO GET A FRY. And waited 10 minutes… once again people were getting waited on before me. And to top it all off they were so rude, no sorry’s, and literally threw the bag. Absolutely will not go back!!

BEWARE! Stpped here on July 9th for lunch. Was told credit card would not work because system was down. I paid cash and we left. Now find that the charge did go through. I guess someone pocketed the cash. ALSO, credit card was compromised with three charges moments after leaving Wendy's and the next three days to some dating site. Still trying get things straightened out. We have stopped there every year for decades. However, not again!

The wrap did not have the necessary ingredients, three squares of chicken, the tortilla was cold, and with the fries, I had to pay $10 dollars, I do not recommend it if you do not want to waste your money,
