This Wendy’s has gone down hill a lot, they say 24 hours but came in at 2 am and they told me the system was down, when I asked for how long they said 20 min but yet they were serving other people through the drive-through.

They say they're open 24 hours but they are not. I placed an order on the app at 01:30 am and when I showed up they told me they were closed. I told them I already placed the order and paid and again they said they were closed and their system was down so there was nothing they can do. I asked how do I get my money back and they said that's not our problem and that it had nothing to do with them because I ordered through the app

I ordered a chicken sandwich. They brought two orders—one for me and one for someone else—and they mixed mine up with someone else's. I didn't get it either, and it turned out there was pork inside. I don't eat pork because I'm Muslim, and they didn't pay any attention. So, those of you who don't eat pork, be careful.

Sorry ppl . It's always you can only get 1 frosty per 1 order . We have to charge you for the 2nd frosty. Or they tell you to come in n place second order just to get a frosty
