catch the card hacker yet? i was surprised when i went in my bank and they were not. made it easy to make right but i cant recommend this place unless the hacker been caught

Only car there and had to wait 15 minutes for 5 roast beef sandwiches and they were cold when brought to the car as was told to pull up. Let half my change fall to the ground and just pointed at it.This should be totally unacceptable as a buisness.

Usually pretty good when I go. A few years ago I had terrible roast beef it was tough and weird looking and I couldn’t eat there again for a couple years. Today it was the same. The roast beef was thicker and gristley over cooked or something. Fries were also bad. Didn’t eat my meal.

Something is going on at this location....DONT USE YOUR CARD...haven't been here in almost a year...then at 1am on 3/20 my card is charged....but they close at 10. Called the arby store and have not received a call back from manager and they won't answer their phone now. Called corporate and reported it 800 599 2729.

My debit card was used at 1:10 AM for $31.98 at this Arbys on 03/20/2025. Thankfully my bank denied the transaction. I have not been to this Arbys in quite sometime, no idea how they got my card information, and what's even weirder is the time being 1:10AM, they would have been closed! Either an employee is staying after hours and doing fraudulent transactions or maybe their POS system got hacked.
