Something is going on at this location....DONT USE YOUR CARD...haven't been here in almost a year...then at 1am on 3/20 my card is charged....but they close at 10. Called the arby store and have not received a call back from manager and they won't answer their phone now. Called corporate and reported it 800 599 2729.

My debit card was used at 1:10 AM for $31.98 at this Arbys on 03/20/2025. Thankfully my bank denied the transaction. I have not been to this Arbys in quite sometime, no idea how they got my card information, and what's even weirder is the time being 1:10AM, they would have been closed! Either an employee is staying after hours and doing fraudulent transactions or maybe their POS system got hacked.

We had a rough day. Then Zaxby's was slam packed, a long with Taco Bell. So we decided to go through the drive thru. Thankfully no one was infront of us. We had a very nice worker take our order, give us our drinks fast, and told us our fries would be a while. The fries didn't take long, and she had such a positive attitude. We need more workers like her. I didn't get her name, but she was very sweet 💖

Today, September 28th, Arby’s has now became one of my favorite place. What they did for us today was truly amazing. It was late at night, my babies needed something to eat. Senor Garcia had kept me on the phone for 15 minutes then said they could not feed us so Arby’s, we go! A lady by the name of Lexie came out running, I really thought she was about to tell us we couldn’t be serve but she told us that we was the last car! I was so thankful for that and I was finally at ease to know my babies were getting something to eat since they were the only place open. We get to the window and let them know “we are it, we are the last car” and what they did for us was truly amazing. We had such a big order and they were so nice about it. They were okay with us asking for large combos, they even told us that we could get some milkshakes. Y’all go to Arby if y’all need something good to eat. Their Chicken Bacon Swiss was amazing. Everything was truly amazing. Great job to y’all for opening up and cooking for the public. Y’all did wonderful for our family. You guys rock. VERY BIG SHOUT OUT TO LEXIE along with the rest of the staff member, you all were amazing!
Kid-friendliness: Our children absolutely loved their kids meal. Since they didn’t have anymore fries because it was late, they gave them mozzarella sticks and they ate it up!!
Just left at 2pm...purchased a large Hic..and an apple turnover....customer service was outstanding and my order was good,I never stop by,I'll definitely be back,it's hard finding nice people these days,but thanks to the two ladies at drive thru
