Love Bojangles but I choose to avoid this location due to horrible service
May 10th was the first time I've been back at this location since last year trying to get a biscuit before work. I've been waiting 20 mins for a sausage egg and cheese and I'm still waiting. This place needs to close down. The reason I haven't been here in almost a year is because the sold my son a raw chicken biscuit.
If there isn't Bojangles in Heaven, I'm not sure I want to go...
Amazing staff
Order at the drive-through and repeated my order six times to the person who was talking back-and-forth to their coworker, and still got my order wrong. I pulled up to the window and I told them that they didn’t get my order right and it told me I’d have to drive back around because their system can’t do “add-ons”. Are you kidding me? First of all it’s not an add-on, your worker screwed my order up. And second, because somebody else wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying I’m gonna go back around and sit in a 30 minute line? Give me a break.
Don’t waste your time or money. Had to wait 10 minutes because no chicken was ready at lunch time with very few customers. Then had to pull up in drive through to wait another 10. Workers out in parking lot hanging out at customers cars. Finally get home with the food and the fires seem to be atleast a few days old. The only thing that could save this restaurant is a bulldozer.
Food was excellent service was super slow. Waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Customer service was on point though 10/10
Employee wasn't task focused and denied I had a mobile order and also became argumentative about the order. I gave her my name but then showed the employee my phone to prove I paid for the order. The Employee didn't even bother to see if she served the order off by accident. Instead, she insisted that I didn't place any online order and the store didn't have one.
6-8 minutes after showing the complete order on my phone, I finally received my order.
The food was hot and fresh, though!
Please teach communication, customer service, and how to use the system to look up orders or call a manager when issues occur and stop arguing with customers with receipts.
Let negative attitudes at home. Customers work hard also and simply want our food that we've overpaid high prices for so that we can go home or on about our Day /Business.
Will never stop there are go through drive through awful service actually left hungry!

Edit: went through the drive thru only to find out they have no chicken breasts, “we forgot to marinate them last night”
