Good food. But only issue is EVERYTIME they forget to put SOMETHING in that we PAID for. Failed to check this last time after past experiences, and DANG IT SAM!!! They left out an item. Get home and notice, called and they say "well, come back and get it"... No Earline, gas is over $4 how about YOU failed, YOU use your gas to bring it... you got enough free money from me!!!

This is the worst service that I have ever experienced. The cashier is rude. The so called manager does not have a clue what is going on. The overall attitude of the people that worked there on new year's eve have a very bad attitude. Even though the food may be good.... Ask this is the frustration and atmosphere truly worth it ? I think not. Be prepared if you decide to adventure to this restaurant.

10 out of 10 Best Japanese!!!!!! I’ve been a patron of the Lauren’s location since it’s opening, and I knew the quality was going to be great, giving I’ve ate at the Greenwood location prior. The food is always the same great quality and taste every time. The menu has a great selection for everyone in the family (even the picky ones). As for the staff super friendly and always have a smile on their faces, and are willing to answer any questions you have. I will always be a Boun’s costumer.
