Service was slow, with NO smiles or 'thank you' or 'have a nice day' thrown my way. Whopper took so long to be prepared that Whopper Juniors sat in the bag and got cold. Won't be returning to this location. Please hire more friendly, outgoing counter help for future customers.

Maybe if the lady with braids would get off the counter and quit running her mouth so loud to the point I could hear it with the window closed maybe my food wouldnât have taken so long. I placed a mobile order just for my convenience because I was on my way to work. They wouldnât give me my drink and apparently they were out. Me and dude at the window who seemed like he was too stoned to function went back and forth. Any time I would ask for something he would turn around and yell to them and ask if they had it. Surprise. They didnât. Canât make shakes, no coffee no fountain drinks. I genuinely feel dumber after interacting with them. Couldnât get my money back or a replacement drink and nobody there was competent enough to do something about it.

Ordered 2 whoppers and fries, had to wait at least three minutes to place order then r to give at window before anyone came to the window, then found out the food was not even warm, won't go back

Food was freshly made. No tea on the counter had to get it from where you order. No lids for your cups had to ask for that as well as salt and pepper

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I TRY. Food is fine. Service takes FOREVER. Today one employee (out of three) was walking their dog. Even if I'm the only one in the drive thru I have to pull up and wait. I now refuse to pull up hoping there's a sensor showing how long I'm waiting. Don't complain or you get a nasty attitude. I am originally from a big, busy city. There BK can give ten cars food faster than this place can do one. I believe it's the slowest, worst BK anywhere. I'm pretty sure the "great " reviews are solicited or made by employees. Believe the bad reviews, they're not lying.
