Went through the drive thru only to be rushed while deciding and spoken to with attitude while the girl taking my order can't even click a button so I don't hear her proceed to have a conversation with a coworker while I'm deciding what to get. Extremely unprofessional, will never return.

So I gotten a family box that is post to contain 1 breast 1 drum 2 thigh and1 wing the. Comes with two side and 6 piece nuggets, when I got my order there was only a breast and 2 drums. They won't answer the calls and won't fix my order

Put in and paid for an online order last night, got all the way to the store just for the night manager to say he wasn't doing online orders. He said we could either get a refund or get our order the next day. Went today to get the order just for them to leave out multiple things. I paid extra for large sides and buiscuts. Received no buiscuts at all and small sides. Wrong sauce. Called and was told they couldn't remake the order because they'd already had to remake it. Which isn't true because they never made our order last night. Absolutely ridiculous. Lost money, and they were unwilling to fix it at all. Literally eat anywhere else, because this KFC SUCKS.

Went By KFC in Laurens sc and got me and my spouse something to eat and get home and my thighs are still bloody and I call the store and don't get an answer someone will answer to this because I will be showing my face up there tomorrow as soon as they open at 10 this place is getting ridiculous how the heck do y'all just serve people raw dang chicken

NEVER GO HERE! They lost a customer today! They were so very rude to me, my fiancé, and my grandmother. They got our order wrong blamed us and then didn’t even fix it! This is ridiculous. The young man who took our order is a terrible employee with a terrible attitude. He followed us outside and tried to start problems with us. Terrible people.

Shemika and the rest of the morning crew were on their game. We got fast, friendly service. The store was clean and smelled good. Drink station was well stocked and clean. Counters were clean and uncluttered. Ernest was awesome. Milton killed it on the grill. Best KFC in range.
