Service is frequently slow and bad. Basic stuff falls through the cracks, like answering both speaker boxes in the drive thru. Often you'll get some attitude with your order, free of charge. Even among fast food, this place is a disappointment.

Terrible to doordash reps, they temporarily closed when I went to pick up an order for one of my doordash and they informed me that they would not give me the order due to some error on their end and that they were closed, I told them to deny orders until they were able to operate again if that was the case. near minutes later I see more patrons through their door.

Can never go to McDonald with the staff having an issue with giving me MY online order they always forget items very disrespectful not good service and anytime I’ve went in to order I wait for 30 mins b4 someone realize they have a customer the older white lady with tats on her face who mainly works drive through always has the nastiest attitude and honestly should be fired. I should be about to go to McDonald without dealing with disrespectful employees and poor service

All I wanted was to buy a happy meal toy. The lady was rude when she said that McDonald's has NEVER sold just the toy, when I know for a fact that they do.
Awesome service.. clean facility.. very nice workers n there was a problem n they were extremely effecicient n understanding n compensating n did so very quickly .

Customer service is awful here! I'll drive to another town before I go back here! After the order was wrong I asked to fix it (the manager was snappie) and came back wrong again I just accepted the $21 order they left off two things including my water that I paid for. I left mad and won't go back!

Ordered ahead on the app to try and save time. Got in line to give them my code and sat for 5 minutes before they even spoke on the speaker. Very rude customer service. Got to the window to receive my food. And was told to move to window three. I had 9 cars come to the second window receive their food and leave while I waited on a 10 piece nugget. After 20 minutes I went inside and asked what the hold up was. They said oh sorry we forgot to bring it out. Handed me my bag and when I checked it there was 3 nuggets in my box with an open sauce. This place is the true definition of a joke. In total I spent 52 minutes at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. I hope every worker is caught by every red light for the rest of their lives. I hope they all have the day they deserve. Screw this place.

The lady working, the drive-through was good, but the lady at the second window was an absolutely horrible person who needs to see Jesus she showed my McFlurry in my hand and slammed the window in my face and said “bye” for no reason. Horrible service.
