The young man with pink hair was absolutely awesome!! They said his name was Caiden. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive. Had all around good service. Definitely a keeper yall probably won’t keep him long. Good employees always wind up seeking better employment

The whole restaurant actually sucks hate to say it every time I eat there it’s cold food and it’s not good. And working wise is worse because they expect you to live off of 25 hours or less for a week or two for dumb crap. I think they need to shut down or get a new GM for that store because he’s is not worth the time and the food isn’t either.

I order a delivery order I was very nice and respectful to the lady when I placed my order also I told the lady on the phone to make sure they have change for a $100.00 bill she said okay when the delivery driver got here he didn’t have change and told us it’s store policy so I called back up to the house of pizza and talked to the gm and he told me that is obvious or something of the sorts that I’m suppose to know that they only carry change for a $20 bill I said sir how am I supposed to know that and I don’t work for the company he was not very nice and I was being respectful on the phone and when I asked for the corporate number I got told he couldn’t give me that information and told me he’s a franchise I know there is a hire up and I told him he’s needs to have better communication with his customers

Secord time here and had to wait 30 mins from time stated it was to be ready. I called the 1st time several times and manager was rude. My son had to go inside after waiting 45 mins in?parking lot for curbside. Service and Customer Service are straight trash.

Pizza Hut in Laurens has never disappointed us with food or delivery, and we have ordered from them many, many times; however, they have rebranded and changed the appearance of their menu on the app. It is not user friendly at all. The whole point is to make it easier than calling and to save time by not being on hold or having to call multiple times. We will think twice before ordering from them again, although they have always been our favorite in Laurens. Do better, Pizza Hut!

So I went there a few times recently & I have to say; the girl at the register she's new. I asked for her name she said Tony African American girl. I asked her aged she said soon to be 18 I believe. Well she is so sweet, honest young lady with great customer service skills. Why I say honest? Because I walked away after I paid & sat down. She bought over the $2 dlrs of change back & said oh you left this behind. I did this on purpose to see what she'd do. Gave her the $2 dlrs plus more money for a tip. She went beyond & bought over to my table more napkins. She must have over heard us say we needed more. Then she made sure we got refills for our drinks. Very friendly & has a great smile. They need to keep this young lady she's great.

The lady at the counter today had no customer service skills at all. She acted like we were bothering her just by picking up our order. We got 1 large supreme and 1 medium pepperoni pizza, which cost $50. The large was more like a medium and the medium was more like a small. Both pizzas were extremely slack on topings and they were cold after a 20 min drive home. Piss poor experience and I want be back again.
