I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THE LAURENS BRANCH FOR OVER 20 YEARS - TODAY 9-9-25 THEY LOST MY BUSNIESS, TEEN MOIBLE GAVE A COUPON AND I ORDERED MY LUNCH ONLINE. PIZZA HUTT TOOK IT, AS THEY ARE CONNECTED FOR THIS DEAL. WHEN I ARRIVED FOR MY PICKUP. THE LADY WHO CHECKED ME OUT. TOLD ME THE TOTAL WHICH DID NOT INLCUDE THE COUPN. I EXPLAINED MY EMAIL SHOWS IT FROM PIZZA HUTT. I ASKED FOR A MANGER, SHE SAID SHE WAS ONE OF THE THEM. POINT IS SHE DID NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOUND, SHE JUST STOOD THERE, COLD AND WOULD NOT BUDGE, I HAVE BEEN IN MGT AND THAT IS POOR. LAURENS NEEDS BETTER MANGERS AND TRAINNING, THAT IS NOT HOW YOU SEND YOU CUSTOMERS OUT THE DOOR. INSTEAD OF ME WALKING OUT WITH MY LUNCH WITH SATISFACTION, I WALKED OUT IN DISAPOINTMENT AND SAID THIS LOCATION LOST THIS CUSTOMER.

Bruh we Oder to much food from this place for them to mess it up 2 weeks ago we ordered food from here and they didant give our sauces and so they would credit to our next purchase and now to day we order again and got 3 extra marinara and 2 garlic butters and didant get none of it and on top of that it took 3 hours just to get here and they said it would get credited again but I don’t believe it so we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in Lauren’s again

The young man with pink hair was absolutely awesome!! They said his name was Caiden. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive. Had all around good service. Definitely a keeper yall probably won’t keep him long. Good employees always wind up seeking better employment

The whole restaurant actually sucks hate to say it every time I eat there it’s cold food and it’s not good. And working wise is worse because they expect you to live off of 25 hours or less for a week or two for dumb crap. I think they need to shut down or get a new GM for that store because he’s is not worth the time and the food isn’t either.

I order a delivery order I was very nice and respectful to the lady when I placed my order also I told the lady on the phone to make sure they have change for a $100.00 bill she said okay when the delivery driver got here he didn’t have change and told us it’s store policy so I called back up to the house of pizza and talked to the gm and he told me that is obvious or something of the sorts that I’m suppose to know that they only carry change for a $20 bill I said sir how am I supposed to know that and I don’t work for the company he was not very nice and I was being respectful on the phone and when I asked for the corporate number I got told he couldn’t give me that information and told me he’s a franchise I know there is a hire up and I told him he’s needs to have better communication with his customers

Secord time here and had to wait 30 mins from time stated it was to be ready. I called the 1st time several times and manager was rude. My son had to go inside after waiting 45 mins in?parking lot for curbside. Service and Customer Service are straight trash.
