Awful. Me and my boyfriend sat in front of the speaker today 05/25/25 for about 5 minutes. Nobody came over saying anything. We had watched the 4 cars that were in line in front of us get our food and leave already. We said hello about 3 times and still no answer. This is ridiculous. Do better.

Really going downhill at this location. Long wait, super rude staff, quality of food is just awful now. If we want Sonic now it really is best to drive to Clinton. On the up side, the fast food in Laurens being so awful has created an opportunity for the small businesses to thrive. Same money gets you fed at Scurrys, Groucho's, Garcia's Kitchen, and A few other places. So thank you Sonic for for ing our local residents toward healthier options with your poor performance and damaged personalities. It isn't your fault you've been worked to death for no money and subpar ingredients. In a way, you're helping our community get healthier. So you've got that going for you. That's worth 3 stars.

Went fir a coney dog combo they left out my fries I turned around they said we'll bring them out had to flag down one of the kids for her to say oh my bad I forgot after we'd been sitting there waiting. Then comes back and say it will be a while before they get done cooking then the chilli cheese tots I ordered had hardly any chilly and no cheese definitely not fresh I hat this sonic it's always kids working here and playing around I stead of working while she asking us for lotion in the drive through she should have been gettimg my order right
The people working there laughed about not having the products that were ordered. Asked for a manger, a young man came out and also thought it was funny and laughed about the situation. Also said we should have come earlier in the day. We leave about an hour away. we usually visit this location a lot and have never had an issue
