there is something SKETCHY going on at this starbucks!!! many reports and complaints have been filed about the managers at this location and i can’t understand why nothing is being done about it. Tony, the current manager, has been topping off the syrups used for drinks instead of following protocol and customers are ingesting old expired syrup that is being topped off with new “fresh” syrup. Not to mention this location is serving outdated food items and baristas are getting IN TROUBLE for throwing away bad food items like they are supposed to. I am so disappointed with this location. Tony has also trapped and put hands on numerous underage highschool girl baristas which is very unsettling, and the Ingles Store manager won’t do anything about it due to the two of them being friends. DO BETTER.

My order was fine… but I had to stand there and listen to the employees argue In front of me about who was going to make my drink. I was 1 customer to 3 employees!! It was ridiculous! I know there was underlying issues that the employees had with each other but still!!
This Starbucks is located in an Ingles grocery store, and it's one of the best I've been to. The drinks are well made, and the baristas really take pride in their work.Charles, Victoria, Bailey and Tony really stand out. They're talented and make buying designer coffee a good experience.Definitely stop in if you get the chance!
