The service is good but the coffee hasn't been the best at this location. We ordered a frappe online and when we picked it up it was so watered down like it was just sitting outside for a while.

Worst coffee. Made the mistake of ordering Americano black. She asked " do you want cream and sugar?". After tasting the coffee, I knew why...it is without the aromatics one would expect with coffee... just bitterness. Going to pass up the Starbucks next time.

I come here maybe two or three times a month and I always have a good experience! I always order on the mobile app and pick up in the drive thru. They are fast, polite, and quick to accommodate if needed.

Amazing employeesI went in and was already having a bad day wanting a pink drink with matcha cold foam I'm not sure of the name of the employee who rung up my order but he was so helpful and kind I had went to get a coffee cake after I got my drink thanked him and left the building. Once I had left the wind knocked my pastrie out of my hand and the gentleman came out and got me a new one and some extra cake pops I'm so grateful for him I was having a horrible day and he made it better.

If you are trying to come here to study DO NOT, the man taking orders over the headset does not know he is shouting at the top of his lungs, the ice well is metal and every time they go to open it is so loud and all the tables are right in from of where they make the drinks so there is no way to get away from the noise of the workers working. They make great drinks and are so friendly but NOT a place to sit and study and do anything, even with my volume all the way up on my earbuds I could still hear workers yelling and metal clanging around. The way the building was made has no sound buffer or paintings to buffer noise and make it less hectic

I love this Starbucks, don’t let small town weirdos deter you from your order being right. They’re the best Starbucks in the area and there are 2 other locations to consider.

I’ve been a regular customer since they’ve opened and I waited a long time to say anything because I really wanted to give them a chance. I make a mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru and every time they have a terrible attitude. They never give me a sleeve or a stopper on the cup and act inconvenienced when I ask. I practically have to beg for it every time. I ask for sweet cream instead of milk and about 9/10 times they mess that up so I started saying something at the speaker so they don’t have to throw anything out or remake it but they get mad when I do. It’s worth the extra few minutes if you go to the one in ingles. They actually make your drink right and the customer service is much better.

Glad they opened a Starbucks building in Laurens, SC. They make good drinks in here and it's a great space to meet with people. It's a chill environment whenever you want to take your laptop and do work outside of the office as well. Wifi and power outlets at the table make it very convenient!
