The guys that were working were very nice and joked around with customers. A very nice atmosphere. Not something I’m used to in Laurens.

The ladies on first shift is always so nice and patient when I go in for lunch. They greet me as I’m walking in and make my sandwiches just right!

Friendly atmosphere and great customer service restaurant .First shift employees Alicia, Mary and Steph are dedicated workers by presenting a sense of urgency. You can trust the sandwich artists in mention to get you in and out with a delicious meal!

It was a good experience. The employees were polite, awesome and the big gentleman behind the counter was really cool. I actually enjoyed waiting in line and waiting for them to make my sandwich. I ordered off Uber eats and honestly, I didn’t have to wait long at all. I recommend this subway if you’re in the town of Laurens.

The server at the beginning of the order process, a woman with scars on her face(as I did not learn her name)was extremely unprofessional. Her attitude illogically surly, angry, dismissive, and combative was actually yelling at me and my daughter as she took our orders. She treated us as if we had done something wrong coming into the restaurant and having the nerve to place our orders. I was shocked when she began to verbally abuse me. For what I can only describe as asking for a turkey and bacon wrap. My daughter asked for a sandwich on flat bread and the woman yelled saying if I said the wraps are frozen, that means I can’t give you flat bread either! She was beyond unprofessional! She was disgusting in her mistreatment of 2 customers. And there was no explanation. I will never go back to that location again. She was a revolting representation of the Subway franchise. I wonder if Subway knows she is at the location promoting herself as a representative of them? Her representation said the franchise no longer wishes to operate. Great employee you have!

Called to place an order. Answered.... without saying ANYTHING. AFTER several "hello" finally ask what I wanted.
Then took my order and when I said.. yes, that's all. HE HUNG UP ON ME. DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING.

I called back UPSET... and they didn't even care.
Ask my total and how much it would be... and was given the answers.

Now I'm scared to pick up my food, due to the lack of professionalism... will they do something to my order????

And subway must not be too concerned bc they also do not provide a phone number to report customers experiences. They expect you to take YOUR TIME to write an essay.

I'd rather write my essay here FOR EVERYONE TO SEE! Thanks for waisting my time and charging premium prices.

You guys NEVER answer at the drive through window... at EITHER LOCATION ON MAIN ST.

YOU REALLY SHOULD CHECK YOUR STAFF AND MANAGERS BC THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT SUBWAYS BRANDING.

The Coke Zero is flat. I checked the date on the bottle and it expired 10/2023. My sandwich was on flatbread which was overly toasted, couldn’t even bite into it. I had asked for ranch and chipotle and didn’t get either on the sandwich. When I called no one picked up. I’ll be going up there personally to her this resolved!!! Very disappointed

Horrible experience, ordered online. Picked sub. I only ordered one sub and it looked as they made the sub from 3 feet away half of the toppings weren't even on the sub, they were all over the outside of the sub. I returned it and the people working acted as though they didn't care at all.
