Has to be the most over price deli sandwich I've ever paid for. It was almost $30 for a foot long ham and cheese sandwich with 5X more bread than deli meat. Never again!

Can't get a mobile order correct to save their life. Last 3 orders here have been incorrect. Go back and forced to wait for all of the remainder of my lunch break. No offer of refund. No sorry. Nothing. Terrible terrible subway. If you want subway just go to the other one across town.

I'm a disabled veteran 0n may 1st ur worker told me not to park in handicap spot I informed her as status she need to focus on sandwich making instead of patrolling parking lot will not be back ever,my handicap plague had fell from the mirror

Worst subway ever this location is a bigger shame to the subway brand than their former spokesperson. The subs are an absolute disaster as if it were made by Helen Keller do not recommend don’t waste your money.

I ordered a sub sandwich today and I asked for fresh bread. When I got to my destination, I bit into the sandwich, the bread was dried out and crumbling . The bread was old and it tasted like it had been toasted. I don't eat toasted subs , or do I like, old bread. This happens 60 percent of the time, I go there. If it happens again, I won't be back. Who are you saving the fresh bread for? 2/17/24

Gave me some bad Black Forest ham yesterday. Feel like garbage definitely got a bug in my stomach. Didn’t noticed the meat was smelly and sulphuric until later.

First, I'm going to say that I do like the subs at salads at Subway. But I think this should be addressed.I have 2 complaints, unfortunately.I've been with customer service for 23 years, so I know that customers are number 1 any type of business.I went to Subway on my lunch break and walked in. There was one older lady waiting to make her order.As soon as I walked in, an employee said, "It's going to be awhile. We have 11 subs to make. " I said, 'You can't get us first?" She said,'No ma'am, I can't." Then lastly, I said,"That's not right. That's crazy!"There's enough employees there that someone could have made 2 more subs. Especially since we were in person customers. That is not how anyone should treat their customers.Ok, now for the second complaint. And this is especially disappointing.I ordered a 6-inch tuna salad sub on wheat bread. As I was eating and bit into a piece of metal or may have been a piece of the can that the tuna was stored in. It was silver and really hard. If I swallowed that, we would have a very, very bad day.I got out of my chair and showed an employee the piece of metal and told her that I had bit into it. I said, "You may want to check the tuna salad."She just looked at me and said "Sorry". There is no concern on her face. She returned to the customers and did not even pull out the container that the tuna was in. I hope no one after me had any issues because that could really hurt someone.Again, I do like Subway, but I felt I didn't need to let this go without it being said. That is all.
