My burritos where just slung into the bottom of the bag and they couldn't be bothered to mark them even though one was without sour cream but not to worry the burritos were wrapped up so bad the sour cream was all over one of the wrappers so we could tell. Couldn't even give me any sauce I asked for with the nuggets so I had to try to choke down dry chicken that looked like it had been sitting since they closed last night. We ordered two agua refrescas as well and I guess they don't know how to make them because it was literally a cup of water. No flavor, color nothing just water.

Please be careful and count your change when it's returned to you. This makes the second time one of the employee tried to short me alot of money. This time however they tried keeping $20. Found it weird the man handed me my change back quickly without counting it, and I noticed it was $50 instead of $20. When I told him, he didn't deny it or anything. He immediately opened his drawer and gave me $20 which was highly suspicious that he knew.
On a separate occasion, a girl kept my card and I didnt notice. I wasn't even a minute down the road and noticed an extra charge on my account. I then noticed my card was still with the cashier and she denied using it again which isn't necessarily possible since it was a complete separate charge, to which she said I'd have to dispute it with my bank and she couldn't refund the charged amount.

Went through the drive thru. When we received our food it was soaked like it had been dunked in water!!! The bottom of the bags were so wet that the food fell right through the bottom of the bags!!! They did NOT even give us what we had ordered!! We will NEVER get food here ever again!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! 🤮😡😡
