Went through the drive thru. When we received our food it was soaked like it had been dunked in water!!! The bottom of the bags were so wet that the food fell right through the bottom of the bags!!! They did NOT even give us what we had ordered!! We will NEVER get food here ever again!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! 🤮😡😡

This place always has my mobile order ready and the staff are efficient, but still give some customer service while they work. Sometimes, they're out of Baja Blast and sweet tea at the same time, but I can't fault the store for everyone having the same taste.

My friend & I placed a mobile order at 8:54 pm. The visit started out bad because they didn’t have Baja Blast, made us park/wait then we were missing a taco. Got this resolved and headed home to Clinton (~15 min. from Laurens). There's a Taco Bell/KFC combo restaurant there, but they randomly close early or don’t have items in stock. We drive to Laurens bc they USUALLY have better food & service. We noticed several issues right off the bat as we started eating:

-1 taco was missing lettuce (only had beef & cheese)
-1 chicken quesadilla wasn’t cut
-chicken flatbread melt didn’t have any sauce. Just cheese & chicken
-nacho bell grande chips were burnt & tasted stale
-The chicken on both quesadillas & the chicken flatbread melt was hard as a rock & had a weird plastic-like consistency. Literally couldn't chew it bc it was so hard/inedible. Had to spit it out back into the bag!

At 9:39, we called the store & told them about this. They said they could remake the chicken items bc they just trashed the old batch and made a new one. However, said there was nothing they could do about the nachos because the chips are “made in the morning." Burnt yet still being served? We asked if we could get a refund & were told to come back up to the store.

We brought the food, left around 9:43 & got there at 9:59. The lobby was locked, so we stood and waited until a female employee looked up, saw us & started laughing. She finally let us in, we went to the counter & tried explaining the problem. She immediately cut us off and said “I know who you are,” & said they don't issue refunds. We told her about the phone call, but she just repeated herself & said they don't issue refunds. My friend mentioned she has received a refund before at a TB in Simpsonville, but the lady said that that is a “different company.” We asked to speak with a manager & she said she was the general manager. We asked her for a refund again and tried showing her the food. She told us that it was no wonder the food looked the way it did because we “let it sit out for 2 hours.” We pointed out that we hadn’t even received the food until right around 9:00, live 15 minutes away, called at 9:39 & got back by 9:59. She continued to insist that nothing was wrong with the food & that it was our fault for letting the food sit out so long. We pulled out the chicken to show her how hard and abnormal it was. We showed her how burnt/hard the chips were by tapping one on the counter. She blamed this on us & said nobody ever complains about food at this location. We asked again for a refund just for the messed up items, not even the whole order. She told us that she would refund us this one time, but that we were no longer welcome back as we “complain every time we come up there.” We've never had an issue here before & as mentioned, drive further to come to this TB because of previous better customer service & food UNTIL TODAY. She ignored me & said we're going to get her in trouble with her higher-ups & she knows we don’t care because we just want to “get our way and get what we want.” I asked her verbatim if we're actually banned from this location & she said yes. I asked if she would give our phone numbers to her higher ups & she said “no they aren’t going to care.” She gave us cash, but the way we were treated ended up being an even larger issue than the food. She repeatedly cut us off, talked over us, invalidated our complaints, accused us of tampering with the food & called my friend aggressive repeatedly.
We've never been treated like this at a fast food establishment, let alone a Taco Bell MUCH LESS by the alleged general manager. I say ‘alleged’ because I would like to believe that Taco Bell would not assign such a high role to somebody who provides this kind of behavior to paying customers, but also because the official Taco Bell websi
