3 stars for effort. As a truck driver who frequents this area I have been an off and on again customer at this WH for the last 4 years. The owner has made multiple efforts in changing this place. I don't know the owner/manager, but I have seen the changes. I mention I don't know the owner for a reason. That reason being they should not be managing or own a WH. Not saying get out of the food industry, or anything, just not WH. With that said I am pleased that they have applied effort over the recent years, none good, but clearly they see failure and make changes, and that's better than most. The manager could be just too young therefore lacks experience, went to the wrong school or had the wrong teacher, who knows, but I applaud the effort. My first time thru here was perfect, a little after the scamdemic started, I was eating here twice a month, they had no restrictions and operated like normal... Something changed on my schedule so I needed to do to go orders. Well I learned that the first change was they couldn't do to go orders because the excuse was the containers were too expensive. I didn't believe that, so I assumed they were just too busy and I didn't order anything and moved on, tried again the following week though and same excuse, that was the excuse for the next 4 attempts, so I stopped going there altogether as there was another WH just 40 min down the road for truckers and they were operating normal. A year later I decided to try again. To my surprise they just weren't open at night, completely closed at night. Again I attempted for 4 months to stop at my night shift and still closed at night, so I stopped going again for another year. Well, I stopped here this morning about 345 and they were open, but they had a takeout window and the store locked. Decided to try it anyway although I wanted to dine in. I ate there in the parking lot, but they charged me a "to go fee", not only that I was the only one there as a customer as they had 3 staff inside. My chicken sandwich took 25 min to make.. odd... So again I appreciate the effort in trying something new again, first save $ on not doing to go orders because the plastic was so expensive, 2nd just closing altogether at night for the night workers, and now this forced to go fee even though I ate there. The food was good as expected and the sweet tea was on point as always. But eating in the parking lot in a rural area while not providing security, is a lawsuit waiting to happen with all the coyotes, bears, bobcats, and so on in the area.. plus charging me a to go fee. This is my last attempt to go here. I was able to get a free meal as my bank reversed the charge completely because they can't just reverse a to go fee for food I actually ate there in the parking lot since I was forced to as the doors were locked, this constitutes as fraud they said. The bank did say they wouldn't reverse future charges as now I know they do this as a business practice, if it happens again it's on me. Well, no worries there.

Very good šŸ‘ I went a couple of days earlier and it was so cold in there. Everyone complained and had to go get their coats . The server said it was because it was so hot for the line cooks.Thsnk goodness the manager came in to work and he went straight back and turned the air way down.

Had to repeat my order to the waitress 3 times then when it was called it was called wrong multiple times then was still made wrong and all I wanted was triple hash browns triple covered and double peppered it wasn't like I ordered a hundred things. Seems here lately you can't have an enjoyable experience at any waffle house.

They added a $14.50 tip to my $14.50 order without my permission. I left them a tip on the table already. I’m on a very small fixed income and cannot afford to be ripped off like this. They cannot be reached by phone.

Waitress was nice, Alot of workers but the tables wasn't getting cleaned off. Alot of people standing, and some was Turing around leaving because the tables wasn't cleaned off and no place left to sat. We was there long enough to order, eat and them two tables never got cleaned off.

This was the best experience in a Waffle House that we have ever had. Smiling faces on each and every employee! The food was tasty. They opened the door for us when they saw I was using wheels instead of my feet. Kudos to the staff and management!

This is the second time I’ve ate here in two months. Both times it’s been a lousy, Lousy not worth eating meal. The food today was served lukewarm, my ham cheese and onion omelette was overcooked and the ham was hard, the cheese was a hard blob and I didn’t even taste one onion. The time before this the food was of the same quality. Both of these meals were definitely not cooked up to the regular Waffle House standard that I’ve ever received in the past and I’ve been going to Waffle House for +30 years. I love to hear background music but this music was so loud I was not even able to have a conversation with the friend sitting across from me, Our appointment eating together was to have a conversation and catch up because we hadn’t seen Seen one another in a while so that was aggravating. Then the air conditioner must’ve been broke because it was awfully, awfully hot and the air inside Waffle House stunk to high heaven because there was no circulation of air and your eyes burned. Never once did any of the waitresses ever come around to see if we need our drinks refilled. Most times I love the food and enjoy my experience at Waffle House, but not this one, guess I’ll be going to one north or south of me from here on out.

This is the first time I have eaten here and been disappointed. Ordered the texas pattymelt. The hamburger meat tasted like frozen meat and the cheese was not even melted. They used to have fresh hamburger and the burgers and pattymelts were awesome. The store was not clean, although none of them are spotless. Alot of workers were in there so the wait was not an issue. Please clean the tables and floors in the dinning area. Again, I did not like the taste of the burger meat.
