The food was spot on. However the service and cleanliness of this location was far above the rest. The waiters took the time to confirm the order was correct, made sure our glasses never got below half full, and always made you feel like you weren't the second choice in their focus. This has got to be the best WH experience we’ve ever had - easily the cleanest WH we’ve ever been in. The cook, Kurt, was amazing and the waitress, Dana, was efficient and entertaining.
1/4/24. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this Waffle House. A longtime waitress first told me I couldn’t sit in the area I chose. Then brought me a waffle only when I said I wanted an All Star minus waffle. Cold grits and toast followed. The cook did her part. Hot eggs and bacon. When I requested hot grits, she proceeded to do 4 other tasks. I finally just left my food and walked out. I’m still dumbfounded. She had to recognize me and I always tip well.
