This has got to be the best WH experience we’ve ever had - easily the cleanest WH we’ve ever been in. The cook, Kurt, was amazing and the waitress, Dana, was efficient and entertaining.
1/4/24. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this Waffle House. A longtime waitress first told me I couldn’t sit in the area I chose. Then brought me a waffle only when I said I wanted an All Star minus waffle. Cold grits and toast followed. The cook did her part. Hot eggs and bacon. When I requested hot grits, she proceeded to do 4 other tasks. I finally just left my food and walked out. I’m still dumbfounded. She had to recognize me and I always tip well.
3 stars for effort. As a truck driver who frequents this area I have been an off and on again customer at this WH for the last 4 years. The owner has made multiple efforts in changing this place. I don't know the owner/manager, but I have seen the changes. I mention I don't know the owner for a reason. That reason being they should not be managing or own a WH.
