Has not been one visit to the place where they have not gotten our order wrong. Last time we went they had no baked potatoes...how does a wendys run out of baked potatoes...smh...this time when we went we were trying to get that new SpongeBob burger for my son and they shorted us 2 large fries and a chocolate frostie...and the fries were ice cold...I hate myself for even going back to this place.

The line is either wrapped around the building & moving slow or its like a ghost town. Some employees are courteous & upbeat while others couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. The food is ok (ish). Nuggets & chicken is usually not fresh. Wendys in general to me is good & reasonably priced but I'd rather go out of my way to a different location than to go to this one!
Bad attitude in am breakfast ordered and told to pull to mobile I'm the only one there waited 10 min for order and person bringing food had a nasty attitude, was frowning when she handed me my order no more breakfast from wendys

This place was filthy. Some kind of liquid all over the straws(on the condiment area), so I just drank from my cup. The entire condiment area was filthy. The floors were nasty and sticky all over as well as the tables. The drink machine was also nasty. There was not one person out there trying to get it cleaned. I had the new Cobb salad and a baked potato. This morning I started burping up the salad. I’ve got diarrhea and I’m throwing up. I’m willing to bet it’s some food poisoning. I’m calling DHEC first thing in the morning and corporate. I had plans for the holiday, but now I’m sick in bed. I’ll never go back to this place. It’s the one in Laurens, SC.

The men's restroom had pee on all over the floor and from what my wife said the one stall didn't have toilet paper also I had to ask for hot Fry's and the chicken nuggets I saw the employee drop the back into the fryer to get them hot and some of the employees had in head phone or I guess they call them ear buds the dining room floor was sticky and there was no ketchup in the dispenser
