An employee had an issue with some other people in the restaurant and came from behind the counter to create a confrontation. If this franchise cannot control its employees or hire better employees; it needs to go out of business. I left. Not spending my money there.

Every time I try to give this store some credit and try them again, they find new ways to fail. I have worked at Wendy's for years, and I would fire the entire crew here, specifically Autumn.

My meal wasn't nearly $20. The burger was cold and dried out.
Bread was stale.
The chicken nuggets were cold.
And tasted, like they had been fried in old oil. And I'll probably never go back.

Went here about a week ago. We ordered:
1x Medium Fry
1x Spicy Chicken Nuggets
2x Medium Fountain Drink
Fries were good and warm. My cup lasted me more than a day. Good Job, Wendy’s! Only one thing about the atmosphere. The restroom was dirty.

Despite the cashier having a mental health moment when I ordered 8 JBC meals and 2 Crispy Chicken meals, the manager was gracious and made sure all was correct on the order. Food was good.

This location deserves and should be boarded up! Have you ever been inside...OMG, it looks like a tornado and hurricane came through the place. Trash and food is always all over the place and the drink area is very nasty and no sanitary at all. Oh and dont go in the restroom....that's another story. I only go to the Clinton location...much better than Laurens.

I have worked in both fast food and customer service before. Therefore, I try to give some grace when an order isn't correct. However, three out of three very incorrect orders in a row, and I am no longer able to let it go.

First, I have never been given a receipt with my food. I hate it when I don't get one, because it keeps me from double checking if my order was put into the system correctly and that I was charged correctly.

The first incorrect item was ensuring there was no mayonnaise or lettuce on my sandwich, a Dave's single cheeseburger. Instead, I was given double and charged $10.74 for the small combo order.
The second incorrect order was a breakfast combo and I upgraded to the mocha iced coffee. I was given caramel. I asked them to remake it, as I was still at the window, and instead both parties at the window argued that their mocha flavoring was the light yellow color and not a darker chocolate brown. They were incredibly rude and their attempt at gaslighting fell short, and that knows they were 100% lying.
Final issue happened today, 19JAN2025. I ordered the new mushroom bacon single small combo. When I got home to eat it, it was a Dave's single cheeseburger meal.

I will not be returning to this restaurant again. The bad attitudes, the incorrect orders, and the workers standing outside obviously smoking weed (from the smell) has made it to where this location does not deserve my patronage or money.
