Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I just recently stopped by through for dinner. The staff were extremely disrespectful, and the food was hard and cold. The fries were also soggy. 0/10. would not recommend to anyone. I’ve had better food in high school in the cafeteria.

It is absolutely ridiculous the amount of salt in the bottom of my chicken tender tray. It's so salty you can't eat it! Especially as expensive as it is and you can't even eat it. Ridiculous

We had a large online order , when we got to the restaurant to pick it up, it’s wasn’t ready
Then when we got back to work with our food we could not eat it
The chicken was hard as a rock , burnt and frys cooked in old grease , we didn’t get any of our requested sauces

i went in on my lunch break. ordered 2 baskets of toast. watched it sit on the counter and waited for 25 minutes. i walked out without my food that i paid for because not everyone has 30 minutes to sit there and wait for food that sat in front of them for atleast 10 minutes. the lady just starred @ me and then disappeared. if you want service go through the drive through. even then you’ll have to wait 20+ minutes.

Always love going to Zaxby's. I must confess, I did quit going for a while when they did away with the insane sauce. But, I have learned to like some of the other sauces. I'M BAAACK.

We ordered last night from there and gotten food poisoning. We were all very sick from it . I used to really like them...not so much now

Visited Zaxbys this evening for dinner and ordered a Cobb Zalad, eggrolls, big Zax snack, and kiddie finger meal. My eggrolls were burnt. But that wasn’t the worst part, when about to eat my salad it was a dead fly in it! Returned it to the restaurant and requested a the manager, the cashier asked what was wrong, which I told/showed her the dead fly. She told me that she would need to take it to the back for the manager to see. Upon returning she gave me a refund for my meal but not once did the manager come out and apologize or try to make it right!

So please when visiting this location, check your food before taking a bite! 🤮

This is a pathetic excuse for an Asian Zalad. The Fountain Inn Zaxbys is by far superior to this location. I am extremely disappointed with this order.
Update: After digging into the salad the lettuce was turning brown and starting to spoil.

There's absolutely no excuse for this. Management may need revamping...

I came in here with my son to eat. I was looking for napkins and stood at the counter for a long time waiting to be acknowledged. It never happened. I act to the drink counter and found the napkins and started restocking the dispensers. This worker watched me load 2 of the 3 and then came over and yelled at me to leave it alone. I get that I don't work here, but someone should. She didn't even finish what I started, she just put the stuff up and walked away. SMH at least I wanted to make sure the customers had napkins.

It's especially bad when you have a manager running drive-thru and not giving people extra sauces they pay for y'all are way too expensive to not give people what they pay for it's pathetic do better please didn't even get a straw with my drink

Young girl with long braided red hair had a horrible attitude. Rolled her eyes, took 8 minutes to get to the counter from standing behind us and was very rude

This place has rude kids working there like they don’t know what FRESH FOOD means, they always talking about folks when you bring food back after you asked for it fresh and idk who cooks there but the management sucks period!!!! Won’t be eating there all these restaurants in Lauren’s suck point blank then want to tell me I can’t comeback cause I wanted my food right wow how is that possible. Same situation with chik fil a suck also the food and chicken has changed just stringy and chewy…..
stay away from Zaby’s if you don’t won’t cold food with long hair on your toast smh just awful

Literally go to Zaxby's once a week. I place an online order at like 8:30 (my bad, thought they closed at 10 not 9) and I get there at exactly 8:58 and my husband goes in to get the food - doors locked. Try to go in the drive thru - closed. I had already paid. We call three times and finally get an answer. Whoever answered the phone told me they threw it out because they had closed and we didn't show up. My husband tried to be nice and explain that we were here before they closed. He started being rude so I took the phone and asked for a refund. He said "I've already closed everything" so I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund. I told him that was unacceptable, as I didn't get my food or my money back, I ain't giving zaxbys $20 just because. He started laughing at me and refused to give me any sort of contact or name of who I should ask for tomorrow to get my refund. Extremely disappointed, will never return. I used to work fast food so I know it ain't that hard to run a debit card transaction after close. Actual tears. I just wanted my loaded fries and I got misogyny. His name was Jonathan.
