Rude cashier and manager when asked to fix my food that was messed up had attitudes when i prove of the food that was messed up

Lemon pepper wing too salty

I'm a doordasher and go in this location quite frequently the girl at the front counter during the day is very rude and has the personality of a rock. I always used to thank her and she would just stand there and look at me never said a word. Yesterday a customer had messaged and asked for extra sauce which I knew they charged for, when I asked her for the sauce she said they charged for it I told her I would pay for it and her response was they couldn't do it because it was a DoorDash a customer is a customer RIGHT!!! If a DoorDash customer wants extra sauce they should be able to get extra sauce.Get employees that are friendly and makes sure your customers are happy whether it be an in store customer or a DoorDash customer!!!

I just recently stopped by through for dinner. The staff were extremely disrespectful, and the food was hard and cold. The fries were also soggy. 0/10. would not recommend to anyone. I’ve had better food in high school in the cafeteria.

Would give zero if possible spend $30 to not be able to eat the food absolutely ridiculous

It is absolutely ridiculous the amount of salt in the bottom of my chicken tender tray. It's so salty you can't eat it! Especially as expensive as it is and you can't even eat it. Ridiculous

We had a large online order , when we got to the restaurant to pick it up, it’s wasn’t ready
Then when we got back to work with our food we could not eat it
The chicken was hard as a rock , burnt and frys cooked in old grease , we didn’t get any of our requested sauces

i went in on my lunch break. ordered 2 baskets of toast. watched it sit on the counter and waited for 25 minutes. i walked out without my food that i paid for because not everyone has 30 minutes to sit there and wait for food that sat in front of them for atleast 10 minutes. the lady just starred @ me and then disappeared. if you want service go through the drive through. even then you’ll have to wait 20+ minutes.

Always love going to Zaxby's. I must confess, I did quit going for a while when they did away with the insane sauce. But, I have learned to like some of the other sauces. I'M BAAACK.

We ordered last night from there and gotten food poisoning. We were all very sick from it . I used to really like them...not so much now

Visited Zaxbys this evening for dinner and ordered a Cobb Zalad, eggrolls, big Zax snack, and kiddie finger meal. My eggrolls were burnt. But that wasn’t the worst part, when about to eat my salad it was a dead fly in it! Returned it to the restaurant and requested a the manager, the cashier asked what was wrong, which I told/showed her the dead fly. She told me that she would need to take it to the back for the manager to see. Upon returning she gave me a refund for my meal but not once did the manager come out and apologize or try to make it right!

So please when visiting this location, check your food before taking a bite! 🤮

This is a pathetic excuse for an Asian Zalad. The Fountain Inn Zaxbys is by far superior to this location. I am extremely disappointed with this order.
Update: After digging into the salad the lettuce was turning brown and starting to spoil.

There's absolutely no excuse for this. Management may need revamping...

I came in here with my son to eat. I was looking for napkins and stood at the counter for a long time waiting to be acknowledged. It never happened. I act to the drink counter and found the napkins and started restocking the dispensers. This worker watched me load 2 of the 3 and then came over and yelled at me to leave it alone. I get that I don't work here, but someone should. She didn't even finish what I started, she just put the stuff up and walked away. SMH at least I wanted to make sure the customers had napkins.

It's especially bad when you have a manager running drive-thru and not giving people extra sauces they pay for y'all are way too expensive to not give people what they pay for it's pathetic do better please didn't even get a straw with my drink
