Just left this Zaxby,as soon as she handed me my drink,I only had it for a second,blew the horn to show her that I wanted another drink bc a piece of hair was stuck between the lid and drink...she didn't apologize or nothing,said something to her coworker when the window shut,shrugging their shoulders,and came back to the window with my drink and food and never once apologized or even said thank you after giving me my food...very DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!Maybe fast food isn't for the two ladies....but overall the food was hot and fresh

It used to be a hit or miss. Seems like the last several times we have been here things have been great. We got all of our sauces that we asked for and all the food orders were correct.

This restaurant is awful I just ordered a zax snack! The tenders were so hard I had to send them back. And they literally Re dipped them in oil and warmed em we pod $30 and did not get our money worth! Went next door to Arby's and I got some delicious fresh chicken fingers!!! Laurens zaxby's is TRASH!!!

Everytime I order through the drive thru, my order is messed up. Is it that hard to get the correct sauce or number of tenders. So disappointed!
The food is good but it is getting to get so bad about not getting all my stuff in my salad. One day no bacon ? the next no egg ? then it looks like half of it is gone. Come on people I love your salads.. on on. So sad..

Went there to get the free big Zaxby's meal by downloading the app and the worker at the window tried to scan both at the same time and it canceled out the order and we was not able to get the meals. They need to show the workers how to manage the app orders and how to ring them up....

Lazy lazy workers. Wouldn't even cook us no chicken they had plenty of time to cook because they didn't have the first customer!! Sorry workers!! If you can't serve your customers then close the place down!!!
