Honestly couldn’t find one thing to criticize! Great tasting liquor, good knowledgable staff and over all a great country feel! Even a free full bottle for your birthday month, Happy Birthday Joe, we chose Low Water Vodka to go into our Bloody Point Mary Mix. Was even able to pick up some local honey from Bee Trail Farm while we were there!

Picked up a bottle of High Cotton Single Barrell today at Gibby's Liquors in Charleston. Took it home and cracked it open to have a taste. Not too dark but definite oakiness comes through with vanilla and dark fruit notes. Great finish. I may have found a new favorite everyday sipper. I have bought bottles $30 more that didn't taste as good. Not sure how the regular bourbon tastes but the single bbl is super. AND we love the Swamp Poodle on the label! We gotta take a trip this year and visit the distillery in the midlands.

Went for the tour and had a blast. The tour itself was very interesting and informative. At the end we tasted everything and all the flavors rock. It’s well worth the price, including a t shirt and shot glasses. I got a bottle of the honey whiskey which is unlike any other honey whiskey I’ve ever had. The flavor has so much depth and authentic taste. The bottle was only about 24 dollars for the 750ml size, which is a very reasonable price. The staff was great and made the experience so fun. Can’t wait to go back and get another bottle.

I found Hollow Creek Distillery on my way to a gravel bike ride in Saluda, SC. I stopped in on the return trip. Glad I did. Wow interesting bourbons and the tasting room was great. I left with 3 bottles for Christmas. I love that they’re local and have an interesting history of making great whiskey.
