Waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Not a big deal. It was slow. A large man came out sweeping. I was ignored. A bartender came out and asked me if I was picking up an order. She clearly looked annoyed when I politely told her I was waiting to be seated. This was 2 hours before closing so it's not like I'm being a jerk coning in late. I turned around and walked out. I'll go pester someone else with my money.

Unfortunately our experience was horrible. We did an online order to be picked up car side. The order at 917pm and we received it 948pm, no updates from the staff at all. The chicken wonton tacos was greasy and salty, the chicken quesadilla was cold and gummy. The cold slaw was tasteless. I suggested we eat there because several years ago I had always had great quality food and service, so this was a total shock. Let me not forget to mention the broccoli was slimey. I do not recommend the place at all. So very disappointed. The side of the building smelled like weed.

Half a dip cup order wontons was told since it was to go I had to make them myself with a half cup of chicken said no pink on burger then when I asked for refund a rude EMPLOYEE Amy maybe her name yelled ANYWAYs the staff needs a lesson on customer service

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Jack, our waiter at Applebee’s. From the moment we were seated, he was incredibly friendly, energetic, and attentive. His knowledge of the menu was impressive—he offered great recommendations and answered every question with confidence and enthusiasm. Jack consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and genuine care for guests truly set him apart. It’s rare to find someone who brings this level of professionalism and positivity to their work. Employees like Jack are the reason customers keep coming back. He absolutely deserves recognition, and I sincerely believe he’s earned a raise or promotion. Applebee’s is lucky to have him!

Called in food at 9 pm got there about 915pm Greeted by host let her know I wanted to get a beer at the bar. She stated she’d let the waitress know. Sat there after 5 minutes or more someone told me they’d check on my order. She’s comes with my food and asked if I’d like a drink. Started to then was like no thank you.
Got back to the hotel and pasta was dry and barely warm at best bread too. Bread room temperature
Asked I I wanted silverware and napkins in which I said yes we are in the hotel so I need them. Surprise, no utensils or napkins
Most the staff was sitting off in the back corner while only the bar tender and male server seemed be busy or even working
I get it, end of the night.
Won’t be coming back anytime soon specially when the food wasn’t good or satisfying
I’d try other places first or Applebees Lexington sc as a last resort

Service was excellent—the waiter was extremely attentive (no issues at all in this department)! The cheese sticks were cold and only warmed by the marinara sauce. However, I was disappointed by the lack of Christmas decorations. I even overheard a staff member tell a family they were not allowed to play Christmas music. Growing up, I enjoyed coming to Applebee’s for the festive, well-decorated environment. Unfortunately, it seems the restaurant (or Apple Green) has drastically changed its values. Will definitely change my rotation on how often I visit now.

Our waitress was nice but dissappeared for 20 minuites at a time along with the rest of the staff. The the kitchen however was not it. Waited 20 minutes for drinks, over an hour for our food. When food came it was wrong. It was sent back and waited even longer for our food, and then the plate was absolutely filthy. You could hear the staff playing around in the kitchen and yelling. We were told at one point there was not more than 2 clean plates for appetizers, there was not enough clean silverware ready for the table. Don't apologize just do better.
