Every single time I order from here on Uber eats or doordash my order is never right. I never have this problem while I order from other Arby's. I just ordered again. Ordered the max on every sauce and did not receive not one single sauce. Not even the sauce for jalapeño poppers Every time I go through drive thru I have to have my order corrected Out of all Arby's in Lexington and Columbia this is by far the worst at giving correct order Highly recommend going to a different Arby's

We grabbed a couple of the Crispy Fish Sandwiches on the way back to the house. Not surprising, we pulled to the front lot while the cooks fried the fish. The friendly lady at the drive-thru brought them out to us within about 5 minutes. Fresh and well dressed, as they should be. I sprinkled a little Cajun seasoning to add a kick. Very good $3.50 fish sandwich.

This is the worst Arbys ever!!!! I ordered a beef and cheddar it has NO cheddar on it. My daughter order a French dip it had no AuJu with it. They had no ketchup or no Arby’s sauce. I would not recommend going here!!!

Typical fast food; overpriced for quality, service, and attitude.
Spent $45.00 on lunch today, unfortunately it was a total letdown. They took our order had us pull forward to wait, no big deal. Normally that means hot and fresh. Today it meant old and cold. Not even sure why they had us pull forward?

They have raised the classic Roast Beef sandwich from 4 for 10 to 2 for 6. I guess I can't hold that against Arby's in the current economy, but the food could be fresh. Especially when you ask me to pull up and wait when the sandwich is simply meat on a bun

Order my food to go they put it a tray I told them I ordered my food to go they had an attitude and the young lady that took my order fixed my food and didn’t even wash her hands they were busy talking over the food using profanity they were not friendly at all will not be going to this place again very rude and poor customer service didn’t feel welcome to be in this restaurant
This Arby's has been around for a while and is always consistent with food quality. Employees are polite and helpful. Good food and usually clean inside.
