Came here for dinner on a Friday. The drive thru was steady and we were the only customers inside. Store was clean and condiment area well stocked. Very friendly and efficient staff. Our order came out fast & completely correct. Enjoyed the old school tunes that were playing during our meal. Food tasted great, we'll be back again!

I went to pick up my fiancés friend from work his schedule said he got off at 10:30 I called at 10:36 to see when he was getting off he said a couple minutes then I called back at 10:46 and a manager (angelic) answered the phone and told me not to call up there and rush him mind you it’s New Year’s Eve then we waited and we waited untill 11:36 an hour after his shift I had to use the bathroom so I asked the managers husband if he could ask if I could use the bathroom nothing is open and I was about to poop myself I was told that I couldn’t go in there after they close because it was against the store policy which is understandable and I was talking with her husband and she was still on the phone with him I said that I was ridiculous that he has been in there almost and hour and a half after his shift was supposed to end she ran out the door and started screaming at me telling me that “fast food don’t have a time to be clocked out” I called bs if it says he gets off at 10:30 then he should be walking out no later than 10:45 she the yelled at me across the parking lot and said she will take him home because I wasent being patient when I was being patient enough we have been picking him up from work every night since he started that job and he has gotten out atleast 30 min after his shift which I wasent mad about but they had 3 workers tonight and usually they have 2 when they close so why did it take so long. And it took them and hour and a half after his shift tonight. Please address the way she is talking to people this ruined my new years I didn’t get home untill after the ball dropped and my fiance has to be to work at 7 am in the morning I had a dog in the car and my father has to take medicine and 11 every night because if he doesn’t then he will end up back in the hospital luckily he made it home in enough time.

I recently got a beef & cheddar and a French onion dip. Arby's roast beef used to be to die for, but the last two times, the roast beef has had no flavor!! Additionally, the French dip sandwich had the meat just at the fold of the bread. It literally tasted like a bread sandwich. What is happening Arby's?
No I didn't think about getting pictures,sadly

My experience today was sad. Nobody in the store thought about telling me or anyone else that the Coke was out. When I told the guy at the counter he acted like he didn't care and I said that they need to put a sign up and he said we don't have a sign. I started to tell him how to make a sign and he started playing the victim by saying I was disrespectful and rude and I asked for a refund. I hope all the employees at this location gets much needed training on how to listen to constructive criticism and what to do when something simple as a fountain drink is out, like post a hand written sign on the selection. Training is important as well as listening to people on how to something as making a sign. Yes, I did get loud when he started playing the victim and neither of us used profanity.
