The food was good. We ate in. However, we ordered colleagues food to go and the order was not correct. We came back without food and were unaware until we returned. We reached out to them but they would not make it right. They demanded me drive back 20 minutes for a $6 meal. They refused to refund me for the purchase.

I would rate the food, but we didn’t get that far. It was 8:30 on a Saturday night and they didn’t have the lights on, making us wonder if they were even open. I check the hours and we go back to the drive through where we had to ask the guy to turn the lights on and he said “yeah” then we order mozzarella sticks and his answer is “that’s gonna double your wait time” bro, we haven’t even ordered anything to be doubled. His entire tone said that we were inconveniencing him by being there. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment, hands down.

this specific location is one of my favorite fast food stops! i moved to forest acres, but was in town so i wanted to get my usual. Lola is the sweetest and does an amazing job! i was accidentally charged for an extra sandwich, refunded, and she gave it to me anyway bc she had already made it, along with the rest of my order. she was very sweet and kind during ordering and checkout, and has great energy! keep slaying🩷

The food has been consistent which I appreciate from a fast food chain. I know what to expect when I order my sandwich. The sides are great, especially for fast food.
Never give you your sauces at the drive thru and fries are always upside down in the bags. They just do not give a crap. Happens every time at this location.

Veterans Day Nov 11, 2024 Arby’s had local advertising of Veterans free Roast beef sandwich. Front end said they don’t know about it. Girl said she asked manager and they said don’t know anything about that. Not to big a deal but manager didn’t have tact enough to come out and show there face? Probably won’t be patronizing that business no more. Shame on Arby’s and their employees!

Lola waited on me. So friendly! I got a great gyro and it was delicious, hot, and filling. The decor is kinda typical of a fast food joint, but it was very clean. Excellent visit to this Arbys.
