Veterans Day Nov 11, 2024 Arby’s had local advertising of Veterans free Roast beef sandwich. Front end said they don’t know about it. Girl said she asked manager and they said don’t know anything about that. Not to big a deal but manager didn’t have tact enough to come out and show there face? Probably won’t be patronizing that business no more. Shame on Arby’s and their employees!

Lola waited on me. So friendly! I got a great gyro and it was delicious, hot, and filling. The decor is kinda typical of a fast food joint, but it was very clean. Excellent visit to this Arbys.

I order the Big Cheesy Bacon Burger Meal. My burger was raw not medium meal when cutting the burger in half it crumbed like ground beef. I don’t recommend getting the sandwich. I got food poisoning from eating

Pulled up at 902pm had to wait 10 mins before order was taken. Ordered the smokehouse brisket combo, cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers. The sandwich had none of what makes it. I get this on a regular so I know it does NOT come with only meat cheese and BBQ sauce. I paid almost $25 for this order. The only reason the cheese sticks and poppers were fresh because they had to make them which gave them ample enough time to make the sandwich correctly as they weren't even busy at all.
The food was great, however the app was not working correctly and the workers had no clue what to do. The restaurant was very clean and looked like it got checked every so often. The Au Jus was Hot! That’s great, I’ve been to other locations and have been served cold au jus.
Thanks for a clean restroom and for a clean dining area, good food and smiling faces.

Went to pickup an online order at drive thru they said give me a minute and I waited for ten minutes still no answer pulled up to window and middle aged woman like 30 years old with curly hair in ponytail had an attitude with me for pulling up there like maybe answer and take orders then and it won’t happen. This leaves our food super cold when ordering online because they let it sit when they do this.

Nothing but a great experience every time I come to this location. The food is always fresh and well worth the money! Trust me, you will spend that dollar! BUT The food quality is worth it, though. The service is fast, friendly, and accommodating. They will even throw in something extra for a long wait no matter the time of day. Definitely recommend and will return soon!
Worst Arby's that I have ever been to. Slow service and rude employees. The establishment has no leadership. If you have an extra 30min to sit in a drive-thru, when there is no one ahead of you, then this is the place for you. The food is not that great either. It looks and tastes like it has been sitting all day.
