The woman that took my order was obviously annoyed I was even there, all of my food was wrong and cold and my apple turn over that I was charged for was missing.

Just left here about 10 mins ago. Not only did they take 20 min to get my carry-out order, but the employees were arguing amongst themselves and started cursing each other out in front of customers and people started leaving. Not to mention after having me wait for 20 min nobody even acknowledged the length of time and apologized or anything. McDonald’s across the street is better. At least the food was good though.

Nasty, inedible mystery meat. Slabs, or chunks instead of shaved. Dry. Always out of condiments. Employees never in a hurry at all. LAST time here.

This place is such a good clean place to eat. The manager here she was so nice. Keep people who smile and ginuely care about others the business will be the best.

The young man was very rude. Got there at 9:50 and he waited till 10:00 too say we are closed. Figured you got the hint. Wasn’t mad about them not serving me at 9:50, just could of told me so I didn’t have too sit there for 10 minutes for no reason.

I stopped in it Arby's today for lunch before I came to work. I ordered a number two double with curly fries and it took me 45 minutes to get my food, but they were extremely busy. I've been trying to call them so I can speak to the manager and let them know that my order was wrong they actually gave me someone else's food and every time I called the line is busy.

I stopped for lunch at this Arby's this Sunday afternoon. As mentioned in a couple other reviews, the guy working in the Drive-Thru clearly didn't want to be here. He said very few words, but his face said plenty. He took my order on the intercom, told me that the shake machine was down so I couldn't get my chocolate milkshake. I responded with "ok" and he said "just pull around." I won't be back. The food costs too much to taste the way it does and put up with people like that.

Order was not made correctly and food was cold and missing ingredients. Gave the restaurant an oppurtunity to make it right but they still made the order incorrect because an aggressive manager tried to take over orders but had no clue what was going on. Due to her lack of respect for her teams to resolve an order issue, she made the issue worst without resolution. I would not recommend this location to customers
