Super CLEAN restaurant. Pretty impressed by the food. First time customer tonight. Should try that spicy dip with pita bread they got going on.. Ask for a side of chips if your entree doesn't come with it. It makes the dish tasty when the pita bread are gone. :) I had a Chicken BLT sub which was good. :-)

Wow, this is probably one of the best places i have ever eaten at. Their food is not expensive, really well made and huge proportions. It was super busy, and there were only 2 servers on the floor, but we continuously were checked on and got our food quickly. Our server was not overbearing and was super nice. Other staff was also super friendly! We will definitely be back again sometime.

Meals and service are very good. Fries are the best I have tasted. Reasonably quiet atmosphere. Generally less expensive than most fast food restaurants today.

When we first walked in we were seated immediately. We came in for an early dinner so it wasn't crowded at all but the lack of music made it seem even more empty. The food was fresh and hot but lacked a bit in flavor, to include their house salad dressing. The service was great, the staff were nice and very attentive. The restaurant itself could use some TLC.

I dine at Bellis about once per week. My experience last night was one of the worst. I will preface my statements by saying there are several waitresses that have been there a long time and they work hard and do everything they can to take care of their customers. Sherry is one of the best! The food is also always good.

The management of the front of the house needs a lot of work. The middle-aged woman whom I assume is the front-end manager and also who was wearing a tan shirt last night and wears her reading glasses on her head is rude and dies not have proper management or leadership skills. She is all over the place.

When I entered the restaurant last night at 6:30, I was told there would be about a 20 minute wait, which was not surprising for a Friday night. My 29 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait with absolutely no apologies. Clean tables sat empty while she was wrapping silverware, running the cash register, and serving alcohol. For busy nights last night, there needs to be a dedicated hostess to ensure guests are properly seated.

While multiple tables sat empty, three and four tables were being seated at the same time, which only causes more work for the waitresses and also causes back-ups in the kitchen. I waited for almost 40 additional minutes for my food after I placed my order and my fries were room temperature at best.

As a customer, I expect the best service because during today's bad economy, ai am very selective of where ai spend my well-earned money. Spending more than $20 for a single meal that was nearly cold is unacceptable and dealing with a rude front-end manager/hostess is even more so.

I sincerely hope that these issues can be addressed because I usually enjoy dining here, but I also expect to have a positive experience when doing so and last night failed desperately

Service was a little slow but the food made it worth waiting for. We had 6 people plus a 17 month old and everyone enjoyed the meal even if my grandchild was wearing half the meal ?

We ordered pizza and subs for team at work the pizza was pretty good definitely not the best pizza but much better than some the subs were pretty bad though 2 of us had the Philly sub was really bland not cheesy enough and just blah dry and boring . Got to work on the flavors and size of the subs to be a destination stop this was not that time for us unfortunately

Wanted to try a new restaurant tonight, Friday night. Arrived at 8:37pm. The hostess was about to seat us, then management told her to tell us since it was past 8:30, we would have to order take out. I didn't drive all the way from my house to get take out. I've never heard of a restaurant refusing business, up until closing time.

If you order from this restaurant on DoorDash be aware that they are horrible at getting the order right and your delivery will likely not be correct. When you call to inform them you got the wrong order they will tell you it is “complicated” since you went through DoorDash and all they can do is “put a credit on the wall” for the next time you come in. What would be nicer is working to fix the recurring issue and get the right order to the right people.

We love their food. Eat there often. Mainly their salads. Called at 829 (they close at 9) to place a togo order for a salad with grilled chicken and the homemade Greek dressing and they stated they have already cleaned up the grill and the salad bar and that they couldn't take my order. It's really disappointing considering it may only take 6 mins to put all the salad stuff in a container for my husband to pick up on the way home. I get that they want to go home, but it's the little things in small businesses these days. Hope you have a better experience.
