Hands down best protein shakes I’ve ever had. I LOVE that there are so many options and change seasonally. Very friendly people as well. Check this place out!!!

Amazing customer service, delicious drinks (loaded teas) (meal replacement shakes) (post workout shakes) you can customize your drinks, and flavors. They offer kid flavor drinks without being the caffeine also. Boutique always has cute items and they will gift bag it for you also! Love this place!!!

Awesome little shop with great healthy teas and shakes. I use the shakes for meal replacement or recovery and the teas are healthy alternatives to energy drinks and coffee. I have yet to have one that I don't like.

Just a great little shop. Bought some unique gifts for Christmas. Support local businesses. These are your neighbors. If the pandemic didn't teach us anything , it taught us you can't trust your government to honor the constitution bill of rights and how much we need our small businesses.

We love Between Chaos! Headache/migraine sufferers must try their headache tea ( The Hangover) . It is a gameChanger! We love the seasonal menus, the people and the gift shop!
