This used to be my favorite coffee spot over Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts I'm no longer a fan not when I see all the employees standing in the door smoking cigarettes and the smoke going in the inside and the clothes that they service us is being drenched with smoke from this point I'm convinced that there's some unsanitary things going on on the inside

I love this place. I never leave reviews but the employees are always so nice and they have the best coffee around hands down. The staff is also very helpful if you have any questions about the menu.

Starbuc-who? This place is the absolute BEST! not only does BIGGBY have delicious coffee, BIGGBY offers a slew of other tasty drinks and treats to choose from. (As well as an awesome secret menu online, AND a special treat for the doggies out for a ride) The Daily deals are great too, because they, who doesn't love saving money? But what makes BIGGBY the best around, and is the icing on the cake, or should I say, the whipped cream on the iced latte, is the staff. All of them. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The best customer service ever! Very Friendly and professional, and always on point. You'll be back again and again. Its an addiction. The staff/management will make you feel like you are family, and not just a customer, which at the end of the day, everyone is a part of the BIGGBY COFFEE FAMILY. Redbank needed BIGGBY. Go give them a try!

Worst establishment I’ve ever been to!! I placed a DoorDash order and it was wrong. I called 6 times just to have them put the phone on the counter so I could hear everything. Never got called back, never got serviced until I went 20 minutes out my way to talk about it. Whoever was working today met me with the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I’m a server, I get it. But that?? Was absolutely ridiculous and as I pulled away I heard her violently shut the window. This is absurd, the attitude plus the fact they got my order wrong? I deserve a full refund just for having to come out and get my order right because they messed it up HORRIBLY. Whoever is working in the red bank/lexington location needs to be fired.

I had been an avid BIGGBY customer when they first opened, but stopped going for a while. Today was my first time stopping back by, and I just wanted to say thank you to the older lady working the drive thru this morning! She was so kind, pleasant, and helpful! There was nothing specific that was done during our visit, however her positive presence and genuinely kind attitude made my day! The food and coffee were also wonderful as well.

Food and coffee is always great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they ask for a tip. I plan to give a tip every time but it's just strange and somewhat pushy to me to ASK for one.
Ordered an iced matcha with vanilla and oat milk. Pretty simple order. Get to the window and the lady asks me twice what kind of milk I wanted. Clearly they do not train their employees on how to make properly make matcha. I was sucking up matcha clumps and it was not sweet at all. Please learn how to whisk the matcha! I took this drink to Second Wave down the street to pour out.

Like other negative reviews ordered hot beverage and when we got to the window and older woman asked if we were leaving a tip twice. They proceed to bring an iced drink back when we ordered hot and was told that's what we ordered. I said it was supposed to be hot and another younger woman came back with a hot beverage and said next time don't order an iced one. ???? I told her we ordered hot. Won't be back and will tell everyone I can not to come here for coffee.
