Great coffee with a personal touch! Doesn't feel like a brand company, always friendly, maximize discounts, give coupons/promotional price. Never shopped anywhere where they showed how much they care especially this time of year. Got my favorite matcha and was given a signed Christmas card from all the employees! So touching. I love biggby, I’ve been going since shortly after they opened their Lexington location. I’m not the biggest coffee fan, but I love their coffees and energy blasts! Great flavor, all types of combinations to meet anyone’s flavor palette. Amazing donut holes that rival Krispy Kreme. I have not been disappointed by anything I have tried on their menu, I absolutely love the frozen caramel apple cider seasonal drink (please if you see this make it a standard drink so I don’t need to go feral every year) the customer service is always great and they have the most friendly staff! I highly recommend trying Biggby if you haven’t yet!
10/10 every single time! I have quickly become a regular thanks to the delicious coffee and food and the amazing workers.

After being a loyal customer since the opening of this location, this was my second and last negative experience. Tipping culture is out of hand, and attitudes as well. From expecting a tip with a judgmental face, to the slamming of things when you see a customer pull up is a no from me.
My wife has been a loyal customer at this Biggby, especially during her pregnancy, and usually loves the drink they make for her. But the experience she had on 11/15/2025 was extremely disappointing.
The employee at the drive-thru always asks, “Would you like to leave a tip for the girls?” which is fine. Sometimes we tip, sometimes we don’t. But when my wife politely said “Not today,” the employee responded with a very rude “Really!” before shutting the window and walking off. When my wife calmly asked why she reacted that way, the employee claimed she was “saying it to herself” and closed the window again.
My wife asked to speak with the manager, who listened but only responded with, “Oh, I’m sorry,” with no explanation, acknowledgment, or assurance that the issue would be addressed. It felt extremely dismissive.
Tipping should never come with guilt tripping or attitude. This was unprofessional, especially toward a regular customer. We hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service here.

I really enjoy the coffee here — the vanilla lattes are consistently good and one of my go-tos. However, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the “bragels.” For the price, the portions and toppings are quite minimal, especially considering the cost of add-ons. Even when I’ve paid extra for additional cream cheese, the amount provided still feels quite skimpy.
