Drive in and walked up to the menu where my partner and I were greeted fairly quickly. Quick to answer questions we had and got our order in. I got the coffee cake muffin and the caramel cold foam, while my partner got the Asiago bagel and the frozen butter bear. The coffee cake was nice and dense, went great with my cold foam, but then I kind of wish I went with a nice hot coffee to wash it down better. Decently good bagel with a shmear of the cream cheese, and the butter bear was delicious to my partner, but a bit too sweet for me, but it’s how he likes it.
The only unsatisfactory part of this experience was when I went to pay. The smallest bill I had on me unfortunately was a $50. I went to hand it over to the cashier and she grabbed it for a moment and before I could let go, she pushed the bill and my hand back at me and says “We can’t take that, unfortunately we’ve been burned one too many times.” Understandable, but touching me while pushing my hand (with the money still in it) back at me made me feel so uncomfortable. I was stuck for a second while trying to process what happened and just asked my partner if he could just pay for it. It rubbed me the wrong way, and still has me feeling uncomfortable. I know she probably didn’t mean for it to come off that way, but it could have been handled a little bit differently. I would return, but probably not for a while.

If you go in the morning, everything is good, but if you go in the afternoon, the back door is usually propped open by a chair with an employee sitting there letting ac out and heat and bugs in, and there's cat food in clear cups on the curb, whereas you will not see that in the am. I guess maybe the owner or manager is there then.

The internet is slow here, no one was even at the business at the time I was there. Couldn't believe how slow it was.
Went to this biggby because I was in the area, I usually go to the one in Summerville and I was hoping for a similar experience... But when the lady was taking my order she was very curt and did not take the time to listen fully to my drink order before interrupting me to ask about milk choice. And when I got to the window I handed her my biggby card so that I could see how many points were on it, usually they (the baristas at the other store) tell me the number of points on my card, but she just handed it back wordlessly and then asked me to give her a tip. The drinks were good but everything else certainly was not. Will not be going back to this location.

I drove from Ware Shoals to get this coffee and it did not disappoint! I moved down to SC a year ago from Michigan, and Biggby has been my favorite coffee place for years. This one is great! The staff are super friendly and the drinks are delicious. Thank you!

Asked about the flavor of a new drink, literally the person who was taking my order replied...oh its our new drink. Ummmm, yeah, I asked what the flavor was. I now remember why I stopped coming here. They were amazing when they opened but sadly like a lot of places have dropped significantly in customer service
