Biggby has been the most perfect addition to Lexington's coffee scene. The beans are roasted to perfection and the combinations of drink options are endless. The service is always outstanding. Truly an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So decided to try this place instead of dunkin BIG MISTAKE!!! i was cheated out of 20 bucks my 3rd visit there by the fat wide back girl with the glasses who works the morning shift soooo whenever you go to BIGGBY please pay attention to what you give them i don't know her name buy she's the big white girl with black glasses and the manager JOE!! contacted me and all he could offer was and apology LEXINGTON LOCATION.........yeah i couldn't reply to your response JOE!!!! not only did your worker cheat me out of money but you double down and uphold her LIE!!! REAL CLASSY buddy

Aways a delight to get coffee here. The team is always very knowledgeable and friendly. The coffee selection is very large. They don't follow conventional naming for many of their drinks, but they are all really good; the staff is always ready to share what is in the drinks and their favorites. This is by far my favorite place to get coffee.Dietary restrictions: I have to ask for dairy free (I use oat milk), the staff always obliges and makes sure I don't accidentally get dairy.
I was an avid customer but the professionalism and customer service is nowhere on par to bigger corporations like Starbucks.The woman working the drive thru on December 24th around 9:45/10:00am, misheard one of my drinks and rung it up wrong. When she handed me the drink and said “here is so and so” I corrected her and said it was suppose to be another drink of a similar name (Bear Paw vs Bear Cub) she just goes “Huh. Well I rung it up as a bear paw.” Ok, but that’s not what I ordered. Her “solution” was for me to drive around and order again and pay for a whole new drink.The way I see it is I already paid for the drink. She misheard and made the wrong drink. The fault is on the company, so why should I waste 10 more minutes and 6 more dollars? I visit this location frequently and have never have a complaint until today. I was just appalled by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I’m struggling to understand how hard it was to just make the drink I had ordered.I would also like to note that they do not repeat the order back to you after you order. If she would have repeated the order back to me at the drive thru, I probably would have caught the mistake and this would have been avoided.

I enjoy how helpful the ppl are. The are amazing. Everything that they have recommended, cause I don't know what I like there, has been amazing. My only complaint is that I bought a cup this morning that they said was nightmare before Christmas...it is not. While similar at first glance. I got it home and was very disappointed. I will keep the cup because even though it was not what I wanted I still like it.

I won’t lie, this place could give Starbucks a run for their money. You can taste the quality of the coffee. So rich and flavorful! I got a frozen coffee and it was a bit pricey but I think totally worth it.
