Arrived at 4:51 to get a 12 piece. First off the ai at the windows works but it's annoying. There was one other customer we waited about 20 minutes and went inside finally to figure out. When we went inside there was only 2 workers. She said they were working on the order but only had 1 breast. I'm not sure how many are supposed to come with the order. I wasn't even worried about what pieces we got. The lady had dirty clothes her hair was a mess and she had a bad attitude. This restaurant is a mess if your the owner or manager you should be ashamed and aware.

AI cut off my ordering halfway through. No one will answer me at the ordering area. Went to window to explain situation but they refused to allow changes. Not coming back to any Bojangles as long as they are doing AI at drive thru. 20 minute wait wasted due to terrible customer service.

Paid almost 12$ for 4 tenders and a biscuit. 0 cars in the drive thru yet can't remember to put a side that completes the meal in the box. Do better.
