Horrible service.... Ordered through the app and tried to pick up curbside. After a 20 min wait and numerous calls that went unanswered I went inside to get my order. Encountered one of the rudest managers ever. My food was just sitting on the counter and they weren't busy at all. Asked if it was still hot and immediately got attitude from the manager. Will not be going back to this store ever again. Don't know how they stay open with such rude people running the place. Left the cold food there and got a refund.

Restaurant needs remodeling and management needs to learn how to treat customers properly. Manager took our order at counter. She didn't greet us and just said what do you want to order. Her entire personality was dreadful. She acted as if you was completely miserable being there. Restaurant was not clean at all. Bathroom was a disgrace. Restaurant was freezing. Grown men couldn't handle the cold and decided to eat their food in the vehicle. The food came out slowly and was put in a bag even though we said we were dining in. Drink station was dirty and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. I asked for dirty rice but was given fried. When I said something , she didn't respond but instead went over and grabbed a rice and handed it to me with still no response. I just needed to eat my lunch because my glucose was low, if not for that I'd just asked for a refund. The tea was much too sweet and I've never been disappointed in the tea until now. Obviously someone didn't follow company instructions on amount of sugar to use. My chicken tenders weren't fresh and crust was dark because the shortening needed changing. If I was the health Dept, this restaurant would of gotten an F. Very disappointed in every aspect of this Bojangles.

Ask the girl at the window a simple question All I got was attitude then she shut the window turnt to my food Open the window and gave more attitude. Who knows what she did in there. I will not return.

i go to this location a lot since it by my job and my food always not fresh i don’t know if i go at the wrong time but i always get stale tasting food

Parking lot was a bit dirty and the signs could use some repairs, but nothing that prevents customers from ordering.
Went through the drive-thru for breakfast. Service was quick and friendly. Food was fresh and exactly as ordered. Best breakfast biscuits I've had from a fast food place.

I usually like Bojangles, but I normally go to the one on Augusta Rd, which is a good one. This one on Hwy 6 was not good. I ordered a combo meal that came with fries, but over half of the fries were way overcooked and tasted like eating cold rubber. I couldn't eat them. The Bo-Rito was not too bad, but not great. My son's chicken tenders were cold as well. He said that he couldn't finish them. Service was okay. We had to wait a while before someone showed up to the register to take our order. I won't be going back to this Bojangles. I'll stick to Augusta Rd location from here on.

I don’t eat out at Bojangles often, however, the last two times in maybe 4 to 6 months that I have been to this location I have placed an order through the app. Today’s experience I placed my order through the app had my confirmation time and said that I would pick up curbside. When you get there, it says to call the number and let them know you have arrived, I called the number to let them know that I had arrived about 15 minutes early, which I did not anticipate the food coming out before, and however, instead of answering the phone, they answered the phone and immediately hung up. After the time had passed for my food to have come out, we went and got the food, Subpar biscuits are burnt, and of course, none of the condiments were in the back. The worker act like it was an inconvenience for me to come inside and ask for the sauces that obviously we’re paid for if they’re built into the price of the meal. I didn’t come here to spend $50-$60 for Food, terrible attitude, and did not even receive the whole order. AND the food isn’t warm… Won’t be returning.

Just keep driving, this place has gone so far downhill. Inside is falling apart. Looks like
It never gets cleaned and the staff is about as rude as it gets. Not to mention the food is never cooked right. Now an A.I speaker for the drive through to top it off so they have to do even less customer service.

Their AI drive through is terrible. It can’t hear anything and if it gets your order wrong (and it will) you’re kind of screwed. There’s no real way to confirm that your order is right on any screen. It’s not reading anything back to you. It just asks the wrong questions and everyone gets to guess.

Then it’s a 15 minute wait for fries, chicken, potato rounds. “Would you like to change your order?” To what? Cole slaw and tea? There was no point in coming here over going to an actual restaurant where I’d get food that was actually good instead of just “fast.”

To recap, drive through service? Utter failure. Food? None available so for a restaurant that’s a fail. Speed? Also an embarrassing failure. The fact that customers are leaving to get refunded inside is humiliating. I’d be so embarrassed to be this bad at my job.

I’m not even sure I’ve ever had an experience worse than this one.

Absolutely terrible service and terrible food. I was the only car in line and was told there would be 5 minute wait on bo rounds, I said that was fine, and all you heard over the telecom was a loud dramatic sigh. My apologies for asking you to do the job you applied to, love. When I did get to the window they handed me a full bag and took my payment. I asked about the bo rounds and she stated they had them and I asked if they were fresh. She stated they should be, and I replied they should be or they are? She looked confused and I just said thank you and drove off because I guarantee she wouldn't have made them fresh anyways. After everything, the chicken and the bo rounds were all cold and tough as rocks.
