This is the second time I went to Bojangles and the chicken was awful. The chicken skin is very hard and clumpy. It does not have any flavor.

Ordered mac and cheese but wasn't put in the bag. Ordered chicken stripe, they must give these out to the to go orders people. Missing chicken. What was in there tasted burnt. I think the small one was a Chicken tail.

I ordered breakfast , I got a sausage biscuit that was mashed and broken, a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The cheese was thicker than the egg, sandwich was mashed and cold. An order of Boberry biscuit that had been baked the day before. Just nasty

I do not recommend going to this Bojangles we went there this morning to get the sausage Bo berry biscuits because that’s my favorite thing to eat right now well they gave me the wrong order so I turned around and went inside and told them what was wrong and asked for the right food they had me just standing there for 25 mins with no answer no nothing just ignoring me so I finally spoke up and asked what the probaly was why was I just standing around and what was I waiting on to only get ignored again so for the third time I asked again what is the problem am I waiting on biscuits to be made or something for them to tell me they have no biscuits and don’t know when they will get any made so I had to ask for a refund they will not get anymore of my money very shitty company and consumer service.

Placed my order the lady in the Drive-Thru slams the drinks down as we pull up makes our food wrong tells us what we ordered which was correct but handed us everything but what we ordered we asked for sauce had to pay for that separately okay understandable not trying to get anything for free but when you make somebody pay for a sauce you should at least give them what they paid for experience is terrible food was lackluster I do not recommend anybody eating here

If I could give zero Stars today I would 9:42 a.m. picked up a sausage egg and cheese biscuit everything was cold I couldn't even eat it. Inexcusable
