Staff is so friendly. New management come in and the staff is so kind. I even left my debit card and they held it for me for 2 weeks. Jennifer is always so kind to me. Thank you staff! Yall are always in it.

Every time I choose to come to this bojangles its always something wrong with my order. Among many other things I have experienced here, today I have burnt fries. How can you guys serve food knowing its burnt or not even cooked all the way. It is unacceptable!!! This food cost way to much for it not to be how it should be

I ordered from the drive thru a 12 PC chicken and chicken tenders 3 sides tea there was. I white meat I waited 20 minutes in line paid $41.00 cash got no receipt there was no half of gallon bottle for tea so I got 2 large cups of lemonade not tea I drove 25 .miles to my home and see no chicken tenders half burnt and hard fried no dirty rice got fries got 12 pieces of chicken there was other customer waiting for food also I think they gave my orders to that person who paid less than i did I paid more for more my order they may have gave them my order I was too discussed about my order I did not eat so I gave it to a hungry family in my neighborhood I have called 7 times no one answered the phone and I wasted enough gas waiting on chicken to cook white meat I was not going back 25 miles to complain about the wrong order with no receipt on Sunday 7 April 2024 at 12:15 pm

Ordered placed on door dash. I am messaging with the dasher who is still waiting for my order to be made. It’s been over 30 mins and she’s still waiting. They told her to go through the drive through and then told her to pull up and she’s still waiting on my food. I tried to call and of course no answer.
