Stopped by the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece supreme meal with fries and a large sweet tea. The drive thru at this location seemed to be using some sort of AI ordering system. It was cutting out at times and so I was unsure it was getting everything. When I got my food, I checked and sure enough the box contained just 5 pieces of chicken, no fries, no biscuit. The person eventually came back to the window I told them I was missing the fries and biscuit. He tells me I just ordered a supremes snack. When I told him no I ordered the 5 piece supremes meal. He just asked if I wanted to order fries. So instead of fixing his mistake I just ended up paying more and getting less than I had ordered. I hate it when they have incompetent people working the window.

So bogjangles spent all this money on signs about being open til 11 pm and tonight while in the drive through at 1030 they just shut the outside lights off. I know another of the bojangles have went downhill but this location is pathetic. The staff has to be some of the laziest people out there. They are just inside with no regard to customers, quality or the food. It's sad. Bojangles has always been a favorite but I don't think I'll ever be able to spend another dime to employ such sorry people. I am a manger in a different industry and this would never be acceptable. It's a sad day because bojangles is employing the people that will eventually close their doors. To the staff tonight hopefully you receive the same pathetic service when you go out in public. You should be embarrassed

The store was so understaffed. When I arrived, the drive-through was 5 -6 cars deep, so I parked. Lobby was empty, and so were the food service trays. There was no one running the front counter. Everyone was handling the drive-through. It was about 10 minutes of waiting before I was even acknowledged. Waited another 5 minutes before someone came to the front. The server was amazing and so sweet. She was the best part of the whole visit. This is so below Bojangles standards. This GM needs to step it up on staffing and not running the ones that want to or need to work - work so hard.
The three that I saw were busting butt to service everyone. They all deserve a raise and a paid few days off.

Placed my order, and right from the start, it was messed up. Had to delete what we didn't order and reorder again. Then, I had to ask for things we did order to get them as they weren't on the tray. Go back again to get the unsweetened tea. Yet again, to get our sauce. Fingers were cordy and chewey and cold. Fries were also cold. No butter for the biscuit.
