Stopped by the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece supreme meal with fries and a large sweet tea. The drive thru at this location seemed to be using some sort of AI ordering system. It was cutting out at times and so I was unsure it was getting everything. When I got my food, I checked and sure enough the box contained just 5 pieces of chicken, no fries, no biscuit. The person eventually came back to the window I told them I was missing the fries and biscuit. He tells me I just ordered...

Went through the drive through, told me to pull up and they would bring it out to me, but never did... After waiting for 10 minutes I went in to discover they had forgotten about me...

The store was so understaffed. When I arrived, the drive-through was 5 -6 cars deep, so I parked. Lobby was empty, and so were the food service trays. There was no one running the front counter. Everyone was handling the drive-through. It was about 10 minutes of waiting before I was even acknowledged. Waited another 5 minutes before someone came to the front. The server was amazing and so sweet. She was the best part of the whole visit. This is so below Bojangles standards. This...
