The store was so understaffed. When I arrived, the drive-through was 5 -6 cars deep, so I parked. Lobby was empty, and so were the food service trays. There was no one running the front counter. Everyone was handling the drive-through. It was about 10 minutes of waiting before I was even acknowledged. Waited another 5 minutes before someone came to the front. The food here is wonderful, the chicken is very filling and the Mac and cheese is honestly the best I've had in my entire life, although there has been problems of them running out of food here regularly before so be cautious

Mrs. Linda customer service was extraordinary. She had a great attitude and speaking voice when taking my order and when I received my order at the window. I definitely would eat here again just because the customer service was so spectacular.
