I really enjoyed this restaurant! The food was flavorful and delish. The staff was friendly, and the vibe was relaxing. I enjoyed the jazz, and cocktails were perfection. Justin, the owner, was very welcoming! I highly recommend!

We are regulars at least once a week . Justin and the staff continue to amaze us with new delicious dishes and drink offerings . I only eat fish and understand the challenges it can present preparing but the fish is always fantastic even though I'm dining at a steak house . We have never had a bad meal there since the opening . I encourage all to take a trip slightly off the beaten path for a wonderful dining experience.

My dining experience at this restaurant was excellent. The chefs do a great job preparing and cooking tasty, flavourful steaks. The waitress was very attentive. The oreo cheesecake was very delicious. I look forward to eating here again.

The food was fantastic. The waitress very nice. But was MIA! Once she delivered our food we never saw her again. Until time to deliver thr check. 15% gratuity is added and she didn't deserve it.

I had heard mixed reviews, so I decided to try it out for myself. I had made the reservation for my husband and myself about a week ahead of time. I definitely suggest making a reservation because it will get packed pretty fast and if you try to walk in you may or may not be able to find a seat even at the bar. The service was excellent. The waiter/hostess definitely kept refilling our drinks without us asking. He was just looking and being aware of what was going on within the whole restaurant. I noticed that he was very friendly to everyone that was there and made sure to continuously check on all guests. The owner himself even came out and spoke to all the guests and was delivering food, and he was so personable that it made the whole experience much more pleasurable. The food itself was absolutely amazing! Everything is freshly made to order right then and there. Very, very flavorful, pictures do not do it enough justice. We definitely plan on making this one of our go to spots.

Don't waste your time or money going to Bone-Appetite resturant on Oak Dr. in Lexington, SC. I went to this restaurant over the weekend and was not impressed at all. They were fairly busy that night so we sat at the bar and ordered drinks and appetizers. Service was very slow and even though they had two people behind the bar, we often went 10-15 min without something to drink. Several times we had to get a servers attention and ask if they could get us another round of drinks. We eventually asked our server if she could take our dinner order... she did and we then waited about 30 min. to get a side salad and another 20 min. to get one of the two entrees. We had to wait another 20 min. to get the second entree. I paid the bill with a credit card and now the total amount charged on my card is $20 more they what I authorized on the final signed bill. When I called to get it straighten out, I spoke to no less than 4 people, each saying that they will need to get someone else on the phone to go over the bill with me... eventually, I was hung up on by the owner waiting for the waitress from the bar to get on the phone. I hope the extra $20 was worth getting a bad review from a client.

Cinnamon French toast - excellent. Service - very good.Orders a little slow, but they have just begun serving breakfast, so expect that will improve. Coffee - very good. One downside for our party - no option for decaf coffee. Would definitely return.

Saw this place on Facebook and thought I’d give it a try since my sister was coming in town from Florida. First off, our salmon was dry, the rice tasted as if it had came straight out of a box, and the loaded baked potato was not loaded, and bland. We told the waitress we didn’t like our food and instead of offering to replace it, she said our meal would be discounted. We were told if we were to take the food with us, the discount could not be applied. (They’d rather discount and throw away the rest of the food than discount and let us take the food we already paid for??????)The atmosphere was great. Our host was great: A tall man with locs . . very kind and energetic. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

I love eating here and keep coming back! Food is incredible and prepared with lots of TLC. Service is great and friendly! Prices are a little higher but worth it for a fabulous dining experience. High end food with casual atmosphere. Love it!Dietary restrictions: We had one in our group of 5 that is gluten free (allergy) and they were extremely accommodating. Server made recommendations accordingly and was so helpful! And she loved her food!

Had a reservation there this week after trying to get in for a month. Bon Appetite gets an A for effort but it still needs some tweaking. All of the bad reviews posted here are accurate from the dirty silverware, to the under and overcooked food, etc. They also ran out of patron flights the night I was there because they don’t have enough towers in stock for every table and they ran out of ingredients for the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls as well. The private dining room at the rear of the restaurant is not so private because they have curtains blocking the room off in place of adding a much needed wall, so all of the noise shifting from the back to the front of the restaurant totally kills the ambience that I think they were trying to achieve with the dark lighting and sexy bar theme. There was no hostess at the front of the restaurant so there was zero crowd control as the same people kept walking in and out the restaurant several times letting in the cold air to an already cold dining room. The only thing that I felt held up to the awesome reviews I read before patronizing Bon Appetite was the desert. The Nutty Buddy cheesecake is spectacular. My waitress was nice. However, why ask us how we wanted our entrees prepared if you were just going to tell us it’s best to just trust the chef’s cooking skills (???). The salmon I ordered had no seasoning, the fried corn ribs were too tough, and after all of that to add insult to injury, they add a gratuity to your bill for a dining experience that was sub-par at best. This place definitely has potential but the owner(s) will need to invest more time in the operation of the kitchen, supplies throughout the restaurant, and delivery of a gratuity awarding customer service experience. Or maybe I just came on a bad night. Either way, this place is in my rear view. My overall rating, a 5.5 out of 10.
