Went there for the first time this morning. Staff was polite, but fail to ring up wife’s order so we had to pay a second time (not over charged). My wife and I were both disappointed and threw the food away after 2-3 bites. Their sausage was either overworked if homemade or previous frozen (same texture as McDonald’s sausage), egg well over cooked, ham salty, gravy greasy. Biscuits were okay. I really wanted to like this place, but it is overpriced for poor quality.

Bubba's is great! Their mimosas are top tier. The sweet heat biscuit is my favorite. I go often. Although I must say, ever since Z stopped working there it doesn't taste as good 😭 still great though.

Best biscuits we’ve ever had. And to call it breakfast biscuits is an understatement. This restaurant serves biscuit masterpieces with customized toppings. It was a new experience for us! The team working there was eager to explain their menu and their favorites. Such a nice dining experience! Can’t wait to go back!
Wife and I shared the Buttermilk Biscuit with Original Gravy and the Bubba's Sweet Heat. The wife also had a plain bagel with cream cheese and butter. Fantastic food. Wife said the gravy had a bit too much pepper for her, but I loved it.
