Stood in the lobby waiting to be seated while the hostess took 10 minutes to find us a table in a nearly empty restaurant.
Once we got seated we sat for 30 minutes with not a single staff member approaching or greeting us.
Absolutely pathetic. This is the ONLY store I have ever had this issue with at Buffalo wild wings anywhere in the US.

Hey Fast Foodies, had a lunch/ shopping day and stopped in. All the ladies working stopped by my table and checked on me. Philly Cheese and the triple bacon cheeseburger was great. Definitely coming back to get another while the Philly last on the menu.

My husband & I love Buffalo Wild Wings! We frequently place online orders for the Sunset location in Lexington. At pick up, the food is always ready and the employees are very friendly. We went to BWW yesterday and our wings were delicious. We look forward to our next visit.

I just went here to eat dinner and had the best experience with the server Kayla, she is one of the best servers I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend asking for her if you dine here! On top of having an amazing server, the hostess was so sweet!

Went out with a group, and after we ordered our food, it was brought out individually once each dish was finished. I'm used to all the food coming out at one time. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose, but I'm not mad at food being brought out to each person once their food is finished to ensure it's hot and fresh each time. This also means that we had a chance to see our waiter more often than normal, which is a plus
Horrible! Barely any sauce on wings small portions on onion rings cheese curds and potato wedges that you pay almost 7 a piece on. Forgot salsa for daughters chips. Absolutely nothing was good. For 100 it was complete trash I wouldn't have ate it even if I was the one getting paid.

Ordered whiskey and Pepsi. They don't have coke. Received 3 Pepsi with a squit of coke. Complained each time and let them know it was weak. Then complained to manager. His response to me telling him his drinks was OK then walked away. They can have that $15. I'll never spend another dollar in here knowing they scam ppl. I promise it might have been a qtr ounce of whiskey in my drink
