This burger King is the best one I've been to in years. Oh my goodness the whoppers taste exactly how they use to in the 80's and 90's. I will always go to this branch anytime I want a burger from Burger King

I went through the drive through last week with my grandson and when I got home I realized that the hamburger and cheeseburger were not as I ordered. I called the store several times but never got an answer. Everything else was correct, jut not the burgers. As my grandson ate his fries, my phone rang. It was Nelson from Burger King saying he saw I had called several times. I couldn’t believe it! He was extremely apologetic and told me that he would replace the entire meal whenever it was convenient for me to come in again. I was able to go back the next day and the assistant manager (I didn’t get her name) apologized again and completed my order for me. Both of my grandchildren like “King Burger,” so we will definitely go back.

Filthy bathroom. Trash on the floor not only in the bathroom but the eating area. I will not be going back there. The whole place was very unkept.

3xs I’ve been here & There AWFUL. Chicken fries Never Well Done, Always Soggy. I ordered an original chicken sandwich instead of them telling me they didn’t have the proper bun they put it on whopper bread. Last but not least I asked for a sandwich with LIGHT Mayo. They’re literally Wiped mayo off & gave it back too me after lathering it in mayo. They are extremely unprofessional.
Waited 20 min. for a drink & 2 packaged pies as the only customer. This was an absolute waste of time.

Total wait of 10 minutes with just one car in front of me. No communicating, no salutations, no apologies. Just finally handed me a cold burger and closed the window. Not a high bar for Wendy's to beat.

I could’ve went grocery shopping, cooked a five course meal, and ate every drop by the time they took my order. Slow service.
