It is truely hit or miss. Last week our order was wrong and incomplete. My grandsons burger had mayo and onions after specifically removing them on the kiosk, and left off the cheese which we paid extra for, and this was further compounded by the extraordinary long wait time to receive our meal. I tried a number of times to call and voice my concerns but could never get through? We went to Olive Garden 3 days after this horrible experience and ate a nice sit down meal with unlimited soup, salad, bread sticks for less money!

It amazes me that the bar of expectation can be on the floor and I still end up disappointed at your Lexington store. This evening my family had a dine in experience that I hope to never repeat. Between long wait time on ticket, every table in dinning room was dirty, Sour tea, a Coke freestyle machine that was out of ice and also dispensing hot soda, was ignored when anytime approached and waited at counter, on top of all that the dinning room floor was sticky and dirty. I hope things get better

There was a long wait and orders were incomplete, our drinks were not full and we ordered big onion rings Instead we found out when I arrived home that it was a small onion ring not large the French fries are old we can't eat . I will not recommend this place.

This is the worst Burger King that we ever been !!!, the service was terrible we waited 25 minutes and only one car infront of us. The food we received was incorrect such as we order large onion rings and we got small and our French fries was hard,our drinks only half full etc. We will cannot recommend this burger. Very dissatisfied customers.

Indoor playground was closed on our visit. Clean inside, food came out hot and correct, but it did take a bit, even though they were not busy.
Second visit: still Christmas decorations up in June. Live cockroach ran across dining room floor. Took off a star.

Zenobia is an absolute legend! I’ve lived and worked close by for 20 years, stop by every now and then for a quick bite - what a refreshment! She breathes life into this building and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great service and even better attitude. Deserves every penny and more
