This isn't specific to this Burger King. This place seems nice, friendly people working there,bathroom clean, all good. But when I went to order the bill for an Impossible Whopper small fries ,small drink was $14.85!!!! Why would a person do that?

Me and my husband just went through the drive thru around 5:30 tonight and we asked the employee to give us a few seconds before ordering so that we could review the menu first and decide what we wanted (like most people do)… this worker had the audacity to say “we don’t have a few seconds, we are short staffed and I have to go outside”. After saying some not so kind words to him, we left and did not order anything. The last time we went, the worker at the window had a black teardrop tattoo which literally signifies that he is a murderer. I’m not sure what’s up with these hiring managers, but you need to do better. You’re hiring lousy workers who find what they do to be a burden even though they’re being paid to be there. Everywhere I have worked, we have been short staffed but that is no excuse to just not do your job.

Food is always great and fresh! Pricing is actually more reasonable than a lot of other places and it actually taste good. I go to burger king over McDonald's anymore. McDonald's food taste like crap. Yes, the wait takes a bit but its worth it

I ordered ahead of time to get in and out. I drive the 4 minutes to get there when the app said the order would be ready. I get up to the window and give my name and tell me to pull around. Well they weren’t using any of the windows to take money and hand out orders, they were using the employee door.
At that time there were two people ahead of me waiting. The person in front got their food very quickly, but the person in front of them had been waiting 20 or so minutes. By the time she gets her food I’ve been waiting approximately 15 minutes. There were other vehicles behind me that got their food before me. Earlier in the drive thru I was told to park in the curbside pickup…. Still waiting. It wasn’t a large order. I’m not sure if they were short staffed. I saw at least 3 different employees in there. There was not many people. I don’t understand the wait. It’s just a waiting game now until this Burger King closes due to poor performance and lazy workers. I waited 30 minutes before going inside and the employee telling me she forgot she even had me park and wait for my food. My food had been bagged and just sitting there. They didn’t even care to give any apology. Never returning to this piece of trash location again.
Update: guess I didn’t look through the bag well enough, I had to go back and grab other items that they forgot to put in the bag as well.
Also, the Krabby Patty Meals is the wost thing ever. I think tha might have also contributed to the chaos in there. When I got back to the store to get my food, there was at least 10-12 people standing up there waiting for their food as well. One lady was so fed up she just said “whatever you can put in the bag, we will take at this point.”

Haven't had BK in over 20 years, received an offer for their Impossible Burger and opted to give it a try. Staff were warm welcoming and assisted locating order. Food was thoroughly prepared and heated. Would return. Thanks to everyone at this location

This location is a hit and miss. Breakfast service is fast and I have no complaints. But lunch is the complete opposite. I usually wait at least 15-20 mins in drive thru just to get my food. If you’re looking for quick lunch, do not go here. You will have a long wait time.
The food is usually fresh but the service is suuuper slow! I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for my order if I’m literally the only person in the drive thru.
