Tried to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. They were busy and asked me to wait. I did. After about 10 minutes and a few cars piling in behind me I said hello a couple times. The person on the other end cussed me and told me to leave if I couldn't wait. They were extremely rude, and I will never go back. I would avoid this location.

To the owner of this BK. Please for the love of all things holy, hire more people. I have been in the drive through for 30 mins. I come here regularly and its a constant issue. I can come on a slow day and have to wait at least 10 mins for one burger. Before you blame the employees, blame yourself. The employees are not the issue. It is the crappy management deciding only 2 people working is a good idea. Crazy!

Sat at drive thru window for 10 mins before I finally just pulled up yo the window. Nobody not 1 person was up front taking orders. Ended up going inside. No food prepared at all fries or nothing. The works were all hiding standing in the back so no one would see then. The guys in there working all had their hoods up and looking shady with pants hanging all the way down. Didn't know if I was ordering food or walked into a robbery. Whole crew needs to be fired. They knew they weren't trying to work cause like I said all hiding in back by cooler. How do you have nothing ready and I'm mean NOTHING! NOT EVEN 1 ORDER OF FRIES. This location is a bunch if slackers who show up to work and expect not to work and just hide and get paid. But finally got my food after waiting inside for 35 mins. Yes I said that right 35 mins and nobody was inside nor in the drive thru. All the cars behind me just pulled off and didn't even care to deal with this location. So if this location is wondering while it's not making any money hardly I would take a good look at your non working stuff. The most lazy bunch of people I have ever seen

Outside of their being somewhat of a wait for food, the staff was extremely friendly. They were short staffed, and were out of allot of things. Like sodas and meat 🫨 But the staff wasn’t rude in the slightest.

waited for 20 minutes with barely anyone else here till they brought my order out then the order was missing a burger, other burger had no cheese and whole paper covered in mayo but no mayo on the sandwich. went in to get it remade but i wanted 10 minutes of the employees looking at me and kept working and talking as if i wasn’t waiting there then finally an employee came up. i got a refund but they couldn’t do the refund on my card and gave cash. terrible place. employees constantly fixing pants and touching bottom. just looks nasty
I am so very upset I just went to this place and ordered 2 number 7 which is the royal bacon and Swiss ranch chicken sandwich meal , I paid went to home to eat my meal I was so just digusted with this chicken sandwich they did not put bacon and no cheese I spent almost $25.00 dollars for this , this is suck and a terrible food , horrible service. I am never going back to that Burger King again 😡
