I have a 30 minute break, ordered half my order & then nobody said anything & i waited 15 mins, when i pulled off i seen someone leaving in an uber. What’s the point of being open, if you can’t take at least one order?

Who ever runs this location needs to be fired. Ive never once in my life been to a fast food place so poorly run in my entire life. This BK is a complete embarrassment to the brandname and I have no idea how corporate hasnt cleaned shop here to protect their image, yes it really is that bad. From ridiculous wait times with literally no one else there, to the absolute garbage quality of food the management puts out. They microwaved my burgers last time i was here meaning they were day old leftovers, at least i hope they were only a day old. This is one of the closest food places to my house andnl yet i gladly drive miles further to the next Burger King.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. You've been warned.

This place used to be utterly pathetic. Employees were rude, food was always burnt or very old. They have completely turned it around. The employees are so sweet, the food is always hot and fresh. The wait time is worth it.

When did yall start putting mustard on a whopper without asking for mustard. Not to mention I had to wait 10 mins for 1 burger, if I would have brought it back to be remade bc I hate mustard it would have took 10 more mins. Also yall put brown welped lettuce on my whopper. Very disappointed especially paying $8 for a burger that’s not even made right and with rotten lettuce. This BK has always been slow and yall can’t even get the order right with fresh food. Definitely wasn’t BK have it my way, more like BK have it yall way

The service at this location is extremely slow. We have already been here for 30 minutes and not everyone in our little family has received their order (we used the Kiosk too).
Additionally, my grandsons name was clearly printed on the receipt, but the employee called someone else to pick it up. After a few minutes that gentleman brought the bag back resulting in his entire order having to be remade.
Just terrible.
Jeez...our first two orders still arent out and an employee just asked what we are waiting on.
If you are trying to get somewhere in a timely manner, you need to avoid coming to this particular Burger King.

Waited 15mins in the drive tho to place my order NO ONE WAS THERe BUT ME! BK has the worst management & employees, the food was NOT hot, the food tasted like it had been sitting for awhile . BK should go out of business this franchise is a joke! Wasted money !!! DONT GO TO NO BK !

The service is not great, went in twice for an impossible burger and was told the broiler is broken down early, it was 745 they close at 9pm!
