The hours on the door say that the dining area opens at 6am we got there around 8 am and we were told that they only have drive thru. We ended up going to McDonald's. Change the hours on the door about when dining area is open.

Never open on time. Then when it is open only offering a very limited menu. Very poor service and management. Kids go to school right by this one 2 to 3 times a week not open on time

We went to this location and sat at the speaker for 5 mins at 8:40 pm no one greeted us. A lady later open the back door to take out trash with the headset on and still didn't address us.

9/15/24 website has open 0600! I went by on my way back to Georgia to get breakfast. 0710 it was not open. I hit the highway we t down the road. I stay on Sunset for Home games USC but I'll not be stopping there again. Don't post hours if you're not opened for business!

I’ve gone in and driven through, I’m surprised this is still open. Not sure who is managing it, but the staff when you come through CONSISTENTLY over a month gave me either, “we’re not taking orders at the moment” or “the system is down” but yet I’ll drive though and see them on their phones or chatting it up. Management: your people are being paid to stand around just fyi, they are not being ugly…and honestly, when they do work, no issue with food or service, but in January 2024 alone I drive through 6 times to check and all 6 over 3 weeks, no order taking or system down…

We had a really disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant today. The service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually working in our orders. After waiting for 30 minutes, our order still wasn't complete. If you're in a hurry and looking for a quick bite to eat while traveling, I would definitely suggest looking for other options. ?

I was in there waiting for my food and the worker (fire red hair and dye-stained neck) was eating bacon from the cooking area. I asked her what she was doing and she said that she's eating bacon but that it's okay because she used tongs to get it out of the basket. So gross. I asked for a refund and got an attitude from the workers. They gave me the refund, but in cash when I paid with my card. It's just disgusting what the employees will eat food in front of the customer and act all demure when called out. Try the BK on the other side of the interstate, they're slower but the food is always hot.

Sunday morning at about 10:20, I ordered breakfast at the drive thru. There was only one car ahead of me. I waited more than five minutes, with no activity at all. Then, a lady walked from the front of the building carrying some items, and got into the passenger seat of the car ahead of me. Apparently that car had been waiting by the window long enough for the passenger to get out, go inside and pick out some items from the 7ELEVEn, and then come get back in the vehicle that was still waiting for food at the drive-thru window! It was at that point that I bailed out, and left. There was absolutely no sense of momentum. If I hadn't left to go somewhere else, I might STILL be there in line waiting for food. Never again will I try to get food at this BK.
