They got my order correct. Yay for that. The tables needed to be wiped off. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t any soap in the restroom. The Burger King is connected to a gas station. I bought antibacterial wipes because I couldn’t find any soap to buy. The gas station employee went and told the Burger King employees the soap was out. It still was not replaced. Just gross for a restaurant to be out of soap.

This is probably the worst Burger King location!! Seems to be only 1 person working at any given time, each of which have the worst attitudes and are unwelcoming. Food is cold and doesn't seem to be cooked fully. Both of the Coca-Cola freestyle machines do not work properly, and even if they did, most of the flavors are out. Same thing every time I've visited. Don't waste your time here!

Nastiest bathroom I have ever seen in a Burger King. Literal shit all over the floor and seat. Piles of toilet paper on the floor that is also covered in shit. I wouldn't step foot back in this bathroom even just to piss. It is combined with a 7/11 so between both staff they should have someone that can clean the bathroom. If you are traveling and need to stop for a bathroom do not stop here.

If I could give this place a negative I would. The floors were sticky the orders were wrong the bathroom was the most filthy bathrooms I have ever seen, they apparently haven't been cleaned in days. Our orders where wrong. Half of the screen to order at the counter did not work I did not get a receipt printed out they were out of paper. They only had one size cups which were smalls. My wife ordered a bacon king and got a Whopper, My kids did not receive their toys in there kids meal and it costed me 50 bucks for nothing. I could have set the money on fire and felt better. It's the worst BK experience I have ever had and the three employees that were there were clueless never going there again.

Assistant Manager was extremely nice, worked quickly and was professional. If just basing it off of my interactions with him, they would have five stars. The 2 stars are because the restaurant was filthy both in the dining area and the kitchen. They were out of medium coffee cups, out of creamer, out of iced coffee mix, and my order of only 4items took forever because the other workers were like zombies shuffling around with no drive or purpose.

Cold Breakfast, cheese not melted on sandwich. Drive through took 10-15 min with no one else in line. Not staffed properly. Would not recommend!!
This was the worst food ever! I would starve before eating this mess again! We threw away our entire order! They got my order wrong 3 times and only had flat drinks! Meat smelled spoiled, egg wasn’t done and the French toast was burnt! My entire order was terrible! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BURGER KING!

Fast food industry can be stressful, and doing it all alone makes it more stressful, but he presented himself as calm, composed and in-charge while remaining happy to serve his customers. He deserves a raise with or without more responsibility, which I’m sure he can handle.

I never go out of my way to write reviews. This location is terrible every single time. Attitude from the beginning, cold unsalted fries, sandwich tastes like it has been sitting out all day. Just terrible.

Once again I gave this BK another chance. Once again disappointing service. I ordered using the app and scheduled a pick up time. Got there and waited at the counter for about two minutes (no one else was there to order) before calling out \\\"hello\\\". The sole employee (don't know if it was a manager or not) came from right around the corner and placed their phone down and asked for my order. I said I ordered on the app (which was up, by itself, on the order screen). Once the employee verified that was my order the employee then began to make my order, which was pre-scheduled. And of course, as usual, no receipt was offered or given. The food was good. But the service is consistently terrible. I would have put these comments on the survey instead of here. But, no receipt (as usual).
