Went today for the first time. Good food, portions and etc.
Parking hard to find (Google directions lead to a side with no access/damaged blocked driveway, and no indication of where to go for the back parking entrance). Interior overcrowded - at least one too many tables. Waitresses and guests can barely skirt between even empty tables. Music loud enough that people have to raise their voices extra to be heard, raising the overall volume of the crowded place to unrelaxing levels. A-la-carte 2 waffles came out cold with large chunks of sugar too hard to chew. Very small for $6 each waffle. Cafe Madame sandwich was a good mix of flavors, but came out luke warm, quickly cold, and on stale bread. Definitely not worth $18+. At no point did anyone come to refill drinks or anything after food was served (cup was empty already after waiting on food, so it was seen). Our waitress finally came by after we were clearly done trying to eat what we could stomach, and apologized because she "forgot this was her table". We appreciate the sincere apology, but thought it was very poor of the other servers and any management to let customers go unattended for so long (several passing our table multiple times). Like there's no support between staff or something.
Parking: Google maps points you to a parking entrance that is crumbling, steep hill, and taped off - no entry. No signage directing to actual parking entrance. It's somewhere on a back or side street. I think we ended up parking in someone else's lot right next to the actual parking? Couldn't easily tell.
Wheelchair accessibility: Technically it's sort of accessible, in that there's no stairs to get in.. but there's also no room for a wheelchair to get between booths and tables. Overcrowded. They'd have to sit outside or something. Unpaved parking.

Had breakfast here for the first time. We Had the salmon bagel and hashbrowns with eggs along with a coffee and hot chocolate. Both dishes were delicious. The service was excellent as well. I really liked the coffee bar where you can make the coffee the way you like it with free refills.
They have a call ahead option when you’re on the way which gets you on the list since they don’t have reservations.
The only reason I knocked off a star was because the restaurant charged an extra dollar to have our eggs over medium. That was not disclosed ahead of time nor does it even make sense in my opinion.

Had a fabulous Saturday brunch with Lexie as our server. The hangover hash browns were awesome as was the breakfast quesadilla with bacon. I had the Strudel Bloody Mary and she had the Prickly Pear Mimosa.
Parking: Park carefully, plentiful. Packed dirt however a lot of deep crevices and holes.
Cafe Strudel is managed by extreme incompetence. We left a real restaurant because the wait was over an hour, we called these folks and was told they could seat us in 30 minutes and they told us we had a reservation. Almost 1.5 hours later, we still were not seated. The Manager and staff was unwilling to put tables together for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. I will NEVER again go near this so called restaurant.

First time at this restaurant, also last time. We made reservations arrived right on time. When we checked in, the hostess said 5 to 10 minutes. 45 minutes later after sitting outside in the cold, we complained about the wait and having to sit outside in the cold. The Manager, showed us a bench in the bar we could sit at to warm. Until we complained, she did not care we had a 9 month old and a 5 year old child freezing outside. Also, if the parking lot doesn't give you insight to how much these folks care. Nothing will.

Gosh the cinnamon pancakes were the best ever! Added chocolate chips and it was so tasty. Also got a latte and while i forgot what flavor it was, it was so yummy and I drank it so quickly

My family came here while scouting out the area. When we move here in a few months from Arizona, this cafe will absolutely be a spot to remember. The food quality is great, which is SO important. From my husband’s French toast plate to the biscuits and gravy our boys shared, QUALITY. The nice waitress (from Texas) recommended the Sticky Bun Latte and it was fabulous. We are so glad another local breakfast place had such a long wait and we needed up here! Can’t wait to come back.
