Posted hours? Yeah, right. This place opens and closes when they want to. Forget the posted schedule. The service gets more and more rude every year. Last time I was in there Jesus music was BLASTING. I'm not a Christian, but I respect everyone's faith that is respectful. I regularly do business in pleases playing Christian music butthis was obnoxiously LOUD. Perhaps the cashiers should endeavor to display some of those Christian values and not talk to customers with contempt for bothering them.

rdered two Captains Ultimate Appetizers. One side of broccoli, and one side of coleslaw.
Everything arrived in one Styrofoam container.
No clams.
Six butterfly shrimp.
Half a cup of popcorn shrimp.
No condiments.
Clearly only one appetizer was delivered.
And doordash said that the restaurant confirmed the weight before handing it to the dasher.
Would give zero stars, if possible.

Terrible service and good. They turn off the lights at 830pm and disappear in the back of the restaurant. Tonight they tried to pass off soggy mushy fish as “batter dipped” when I returned for a refund or remake they said they cut off the fryers and could not cook food, 25 minutes before they close. The manager couldn’t issue a refund either. Will not give them another chance.

I ordered through the drive thru tonight. The food was not good. I got batter dipped fish and batter dipped fish. The food was overcooked, especially the shrimp. The hushpuppies were also overcooked. I was super disappointed. It took about 20 minutes to prepare my food. Someone from upper management needs to come visit this store.
Horrible service, cold food, and the overwhelming smell of mold when you walk inside. Please tell me how this place has an A rating.

Food is consistent and good. However, the dining area is on the verge of being gross. The walls near the windows show black mildew and rotting peeling wood. Tables are rarely cleaned. Just about all the salt shakers are full of moisture. You have to walk around the different tables to find one that will give you salt.

Placed mobile order and this is what I received. Old mushy broccoli. Cold fish. Hush puppies were very soft. Only 2 staff. Very unacceptable
