Placed mobile order and this is what I received. Old mushy broccoli. Cold fish. Hush puppies were very soft. Only 2 staff. Very unacceptable

The food taste and looked awful, bake potato was black inside, hush puppies were chewy like they had set all day, ordered fish but it tastes and looked like chicken, could not eat slaw it was spoiled, never again will I eat at this place.
They had now hiring signs everywhere, when I seen those that’s when I should have left, just shut the place down, everyone would be better off.

I went through the drive in and purchased the Ultimate Seafood platter. I asked for a bake potato and green beans. The shrimp was very hard and there was no baked potato in my tray. I was truly disappointed.

Don’t bother ordering DoorDash from this location; they’ll just throw whatever they feel like in a box and call it a day. I ordered a 12-piece oyster app, a cheese stick app, and a kids meal. What I actually got was a single box with 8 popcorn shrimp, a fruit punch instead of the sweet tea I ordered, and about 15 cheese sticks. No oysters at all. My child was not happy. It feels like they didn’t even look at the order before packing it. Completely careless.

Store hours are supposed to be until 10 PM. Stop in at 8:45 pm a couple of times and today 9:30 and you can’t even get and order. I specifically called this day and asked what time the drive-through close? and how late could I make a drive-through order? I have been traveling all day on the road. They said 10 PM so right before I get home pull into the drive-through at 9:30 and they tell me there’s only one piece of fish left and I can’t get fish. Captain D’s makes fish all day and they’re not closing for another 30 minutes. So sorry they won’t be able to make my order. This is not the first time I’ve driven through the drive-through or came to that store an hour or so before they close and not be able to get order. If you’re not gonna stay open to your advertise time which is 10 PM, after I called and asked and you said “I could come up until 10 pm make a drive-through order” . Why is the store open if you’re not gonna take food orders or you don’t wanna cook fish 30 minutes prior to your closing time?? close the store why are you even open? I’ve seen better service at Burger King.
