I go here for the Chicken Gizzards unfortunately they very rarely have any and I think the young men are instructed to say “ They are defrosting “. The kids there do a great job with what they have to work with so please don’t blame them

I went there for the first time and bought some chicken and Mac and cheese the employees 0 a meal almost $14.00 with no drink , then a ate it and for the price a fast food restaurant horrible, disgusting no flavor greasy old nasty chicken and the max and cheese no lo fiesta and last they need to keep everything more clean and cook better not recommend 👎👎👎👎

Manager told me to get out because my baby started crying and was “disturbing the customers.” There was literally no one inside but us. Chicken wasn’t even crispy and was overly salty, I should’ve gone to the McDonald’s next door when I saw literally no one was stopping by. My bad.

They never have food ready, with a selection their liver and gizzards are either Frozen or they have none. Their boneless bites be dry. It doesn't matter what time of day you go in there never ready with all variety of foods

Chicken is pretty good but anytime I go in and ask for Liver they just say nope we don’t have any ready. Horrible customer service, they don’t have them out and aren’t interested in making them. The gizzards are pretty awful. Very let down because this can be a good place if they get the right workers in there.

(1). How did you JUST open for the day and got old looking chicken? (2). Stop cooking with old oil as if we won’t taste it in the food. (3). Sift the flour! I’m tired of seeing yesterday’s flour balls stuck to my chicken!

The same lazy boy was at the register, and didn’t look like he had any desire to do any work at all. This place used to have great workers on Sundays! Now it is trash…bring back those workers who want to give great service!

Ordered an 8 piece family meal (always thought it was 2 of each pieces) and get home to find 3 wings, 3 thighs and 2 legs. She said nothing to me about no breasts. For $28 I will travel to Popeyes from now on so at least I know what I’m supposed to
