Chicken is pretty good but anytime I go in and ask for Liver they just say nope we don’t have any ready. Horrible customer service, they don’t have them out and aren’t interested in making them. The gizzards are pretty awful. Very let down because this can be a good place if they get the right workers in there.

(1). How did you JUST open for the day and got old looking chicken? (2). Stop cooking with old oil as if we won’t taste it in the food. (3). Sift the flour! I’m tired of seeing yesterday’s flour balls stuck to my chicken!

Ordered 2 weeks ago got home whole entire thing Old. Chicken old and cold potatoes Nasty and old biscuits/bricks TRASHHHHHH Then go back today these clowns/head people not workers ,,,,CHARGING $36 FOR 12 TENDERS AND 2LG ( NOT---THEY ARE SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve gone 2 out of the last three Sundays at 11:40. They have had no chicken ready!! They weren’t even cooking any chicken! The same lazy boy was at the register, and didn’t look like he had any desire to do any work at all. This place used to have great workers on Sundays! Now it is trash…bring back those workers who want to give great service!

Ordered an 8 piece family meal (always thought it was 2 of each pieces) and get home to find 3 wings, 3 thighs and 2 legs. She said nothing to me about no breasts. For $28 I will travel to Popeyes from now on so at least I know what I’m supposed to

Drove 20 miles got there at 7pm for gizzards and was told we don’t have any gizzards on r livers right now I asked why and was told because they close at 10pm!!! They got to do better in night shift with service and having products

Stopped for McDonald’s but walked through Chester’s to use the restroom. Antoine and the staff were very friendly and inviting so I stopped to get a few things. I hardly get chicken from gas stations because it’s hardly fresh, BUT this was the Lord’s tenders!! They were crispy and juicy! Even the wedges were cooked to perfection! I may have to stop there every time I’m in the area!

I stopped in yesterday ordered 2 3 piece chicken 3 thighs and thigh wing drumstick combo meals. Before I going to why I'm giving this Chester's a low review, I'm a fan of Chester's. I got my orders, got in my truck and headed west to Mississippi. As I opened my order the food look ok but the chicken was fried so hard you could not bite through the skin itself. If my time was not conservative I would have brought it back but unfortunately I couldn't. SO IM GIVING YOU YOUNG FELLAS ON THE AFTERNOON SHIFT A LOW RATING. DO BETTER
